
@Delta rep #5 completely contradicts previous reps and can’t even comprehend the situation. Can anyone help or call it up to poor customer service and look for another airline. 200k miles flown on delta wasted. Also utter waste of time of my time.

@Delta my delta flight was cancelled and then rescheduled. Two travel changes is no fun. Delta stuck me on another airline. I was told by 3 reps that they would submit mileage requests that would post in 7 business days. It’s been 2 months and I got nothing. Rep #4 is incompetent
