Saylor has gone over this multiple times on video in podcasts and interviews. If anything is to fall and blow up its STRC

They never claim that STRC is backed by BTC. Saylor has said multiple times its a perpetual swap not a loan where MSTR is under no obligation to pay back those who buy the swaps and can alter the dividend rate at any time.
My guess is MSTR lives on, STRC blows up, Saylor keeps the BTC is sued but the rulings go in his favor.

Its literally the exact same thing, but they CLAIM its not. Just like they CLAIM that STRC is "backed by BTC" but it is in no way backed by even a single sat.

@jeanwell19 @STRC_live they dont raise the dividend, as people sell the effective dividend rate goes up. Same amount of cash being dispersed over a smaller pool.
Then if they need to after it balances out, they have the option of increasing the amount they pay out via dividends
