@rupasubramanya High speed rail? That's a stupid fucking idea. Not only would it be expensive to build but upkeep would be ridiculous. And only a few cities would be serviced. In the end it would be cheaper, faster, and better to take a plane!

The Conservatives continue to lose the plot but hey what else is new. Why does Pierre Poilievre increasingly sound like Jagmeet Singh. It's a disgrace that a modern G7 country doesn't have high speed rail. And by not building high-speed rail between its major cities isn't being "fiscally responsible," it’s falling behind once again. This is the moment for big, nation-building infrastructure, not timid politics. Thinking small is exactly how Canada got stuck.

Yesterday broke records. We made a historic move to unite the right in BC, and members and supporters responded. I’m proud to share that in 24 hours, we raised more money and sold more memberships than at any point in this campaign. This is what happens when we’re true to our Conservative values and when we protect this party. To those who donated and bought a membership, thank you. If you haven’t, time is running out. @AlanForseth @yuri_fulmer @ConnorGibsonCV Sort of like Ian Black and the others being a Conservative and not a Liberal? 😂 And can't people "change" their membership? It seems to me that is what they did. And they can change it back later... Just like you went from Lib to small 'c' conservative.

The reported partnership between Yuri Fulmer and OneBC should concern anyone serious about forming government in British Columbia. Let’s be clear about what this represents. OneBC is not a unifying force. It emerged out of internal division and has been widely characterized as occupying the far-right space, with policies and rhetoric that appeal to a narrow segment of voters—not the broad coalition required to win in this province. At a time when British Columbians are looking for stability, economic leadership, and credible alternatives to the NDP, this kind of alignment raises serious questions about judgment, priorities, and electability. Because the reality is simple: You do not win British Columbia from the edges. You win from the centre and radiating outwards. We have already seen what happens when the vote fractures. The centre-right and right coalition collapses, the vote splits, and the NDP walks back into power—not because they earned it, but because the alternative failed to unify. This is not theory. This is experience. Forming alliances that alienate moderate, fiscally responsible, pragmatic voters—business leaders, families, working professionals, and community builders—does not strengthen the movement. It weakens it. It sends the wrong signal: - That ideology is being prioritized over governance - That division is being tolerated instead of addressed - That winning is secondary to internal alignment and personal gain British Columbians are not looking for a protest movement. They are looking for a government-in-waiting. That requires a big tent—one that welcomes centre, centre-right and right voters, that respects diverse perspectives, and focuses on practical solutions: ✅ Affordability ✅ Economic growth ✅ Public safety ✅ Healthcare ✅ Opportunity for the next generation ✅ Support for seniors, families and small businesses ✅ Private Land protection This leadership race is not about personalities—it’s about who can actually form government and represent ALL BRITISH COLUMBIANS with transparency, honesty, diplomacy, and commitment. And that is why the real choice is becoming clearer. Candidates like Caroline Elliott and Iain Black understand what it takes to build a coalition broad enough to win. They bring different strengths, but both recognize a fundamental truth: You cannot defeat the NDP by shrinking your base. You defeat them by expanding it. British Columbia needs leadership that unites—not fragments. Builds trust—not controversy. And focuses on outcomes—not ideology. Because if we get this wrong, the result is predictable. More division. More vote splitting. And another four years we cannot afford. biv.com/news/commentar… #bcpoli @NVanCaroline @iainblackbc @CPBCCaucus @Conservative_BC

@hotscots_app @PitTalkPodcast1 Obviously he pissed off another Marine, or a group of Marines. Chances are... he deserved it. If you're a good Marine, and your shit is squared away, you avoid blanket parties, swirlies, and getting greased. This is the way. And this is the way it's always been...

This guy is the jumpmaster living pure high-stakes focus inside a military transport plane screaming along at altitude, door wide open to the endless blue sky and rolling green landscape far below. Headset on, sunglasses locked in, he leans over his team of geared-up paratroopers, barking commands and using crisp hand signals to guide them. He adjusts straps, gives a firm pat on the helmet, and keeps everyone razor-sharp as one soldier edges right to the brink, ready to step out into the roaring slipstream while the wind whips through the cabin and the whole crew moves in perfect sync. There’s something electric about those displays of raw courage, precision, and unbreakable teamwork — when seasoned leaders and soldiers trust each other completely in moments that push human limits and remind us what real dedication looks like at 10,000 feet. What’s one moment of incredible teamwork or high-stakes precision you’ve ever witnessed (or been part of) in real life? Drop it below and let’s swap stories.

Just shows you are dysfunctional, to commit the party to something before you are even leader - you're not even in the top 3 in fact. Any association with Dallas Brodie and OneBC is toxic. She takes things over the line between hard truth and unnecessary hate and she makes being any kind of conservative - including a fiscal one - embarrassing. Since you have no authority to do this on behalf of the party, what this actually is, is a threat.

Everyone knows it, but no one wants to talk about it: If Conservatives are divided in the next election, the NDP wins. But @Dallas_Brodie and I just ended that threat. Today, I’m proud to announce the Unite the Right Accord, an historic commitment to ensure an unbreakable conservative firewall in the next election. It has come to my attention that today is Day Three of the 2026 NDP leadership convention and that yesterday was Day Two. I feel terrible about the mix up given the seriousness of the event and the gravity of the moment—so I've gone back and compiled some highlights from Day One.

🚔 MP Shooting Range: 💣 💥 Over the weekend of March 13-15, members of the 4th Military Police Company participated in three shooting ranges, in conjunction with the 35th Service Battalion at Canadian Forces Base Valcartier. 🇨🇦 These activities aimed to offer familiarization with grenade throwing, shooting shotguns and some clay pigeon shooting. For several participants, it was a first-time experience. Over the weekend, members were able to develop their marksmanship skills in a safe and supportive environment while learning about different types of weapons and techniques. This experience helped build their confidence and efficiency in an operational context.

It seems that Michael Ma designed his rapid fire questions at me so they could be used by Chinese state media showing that he went up against a critic of the regime. That’s what Chinese state media is reporting. It failed spectacularly here, but state media won’t report that.

point 8 is the sleeper hit here. "importable companies" is essentially agent acqui-hires. but the missing piece: when your imported CEO agent needs to negotiate with a supplier's imported sales agent, there's no protocol for cross-company agent communication. internal orchestration is solved. external coordination is wide open.

I met the guy behind Paperclip. he won't show his face, but he just built one of the FASTEST growing open-source projects in AI. how to use Paperclip to hire AI agents to ACTUALLY run a startup with 0 employees: 1. with paperclip, you hire a team of AI agents like CEO, engineer, QA, video editor, content strategist and manage them from one dashboard. it works with Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or any model on OpenRouter. you're not locked into one provider. 2. your AI agents wake up capable but with zero memory. they don't know who they are, where they are, or what they're supposed to be doing. kinda like that movie memento from back in the day you need to leave them Polaroids like heartbeat checklists, persona prompts, written context. that's how you keep them on track. 3. when an agent makes a mistake, you don't rewrite everything. you add one rule to their persona prompt. "always define a success condition for every task." "always pass work to QA before closing." you're training them like you'd train a junior hire. one correction at a time. 4. skills extend what your agents can do. want a video editor who can produce animated content? install the Remotion skill. want security reviews? there's a skill for that. 5. the biggest lever for quality is encoding your own taste. AI can do everything except know your values. design sensibility, brand voice, success criteria but you have to write it down. 6. don't one-shot your startup. agentic design patterns matter. the simplest one: after the engineer builds something, QA reviews it. structure prevents compounding errors. one-shotting an entire app is fun for 30 minutes, then it falls apart. 7. Paperclip tracks every token spent and every task completed. you can use your existing subscriptions (Claude, Codex) so spend shows as $0, or hook into API credits for real dollar tracking. 8. importable companies are coming. Gary Tan's G-Stack, a full game studio, 300+ agent repos... you can "acqui-hire" a proven agent team into your Paperclip instance instead of building from scratch. the future is downloading a tested org that actually works. 9. routines let you automate recurring work. "every day at 10am, read what was merged into the main branch and write a Discord update celebrating community contributors." it runs, you review, you improve. every task is traceable. 10. maximizer mode is next. you tell the CEO "build this game" and it does whatever it takes and hires who it needs, keeps pressing until it's done. no token anxiety. just outcomes. use @ideabrowser for startup ideas/trends to get started thank you for @dotta for doing this podcast and breaking down exactly how people can hire ai agent teams with paperclip you won't find an episode like this anywhere else episode is live on @startupideaspod on your fav platforms (follow for more) is this not the greatest time in history to be building? im rooting for you now go watch my frien

The "add one rule per mistake" pattern is exactly how I run my agents. Every time a draft comes out wrong I update the SKILL.md file. After a few weeks the agent barely makes mistakes on stuff it used to get wrong constantly. Difference between Paperclip and my OpenClaw setup is the approach. Paperclip = multi-agent org chart with roles. OpenClaw = one agent with cron jobs handling everything. Both work. Curious which scales better when the tasks get complex.
