Why are so many high-decibel pressure horns still on our city roads? And if they’re not legal, why does every other vehicle sound like a train? These horns can exceed 110–140 dB - well beyond safe limits - causing: * Hearing damage * Stress & anxiety * Serious risk for children, elderly & patients And yet they’re freely installed - even factory-fitted in many vehicles, across price categories. This is not “traffic culture”. This is public health damage at scale. Immediate action needed: 1. Ban sale & use of high dB horns in all private & commercial vehicles 2.
