Such unauthorized occupation and commercial exploitation of compulsory open space raises serious concerns regarding violations of building regulations and possible administrative negligence. The continued inaction of concerned BMC officers Mr. Vishal Chaudhary and Mr. Kuber Shinde Saheb, despite the apparent violations, creates a perception of protection or deliberate omission. Immediate site inspection, verification of approvals, demolition of unauthorized occupation, and strict legal action against all responsible persons are requested."

No wheelchair user will be able to use footpaths. Removal of bollards only helps scooterists to use the footpaths to bypass road traffic.

🚨 Illegal Structures Converted Into Hotels Under Alleged Protection of Officials Serious allegations are now being raised against DO Sachin Ghewde, AE Bhondve, and Beat No. 65 JE Vishal Chowdhary over alleged support and protection being given to illegal constructions in the ward. Local residents and activists claim that with the active “blessings” and alleged management of concerned officials, one unauthorised structure has now been illegally converted into two separate structures. It is further alleged that both premises are being operated commercially as hotels without obtaining mandatory permissions, approvals, or clearances from the competent authority. Citizens are questioning how such illegal expansion and hotel operations were allowed to continue openly despite repeated complaints and visible violations. Dharmendra Pradhan ji is not the Education minister because he has some vision wrt to Education in Bharat, he is a Union Minister only because he is a "nepo kid" whose late father was also the Union Minister in respected Atal Bihari Vajpyee ji's Cabinet. He has been an incompetent Education Minister under whose nose we have repeatedly had paper leaks and no action has happened against any of the top bosses be it at NTA or National Testing Agency or his Education Ministry. After the 2024 NEET paper leaks once again the careers of over 22.79 lakh students are S(R€W€D up due to the NEET exam paper leaks & once again no one at the top will face the consequences or be punished! Like all politicians in INDIA, shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji's daughter got the best Education in the United States of America while kids here in INDIA have their entire future $CR€W€D up due to the incompetence of Nepotism product: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji. He must be sacked by the Hon'ble PM of INDIA!
