Blue states will succumb to idiocy and turn off data centers (they mostly weren’t building them in the first place bc their grids don’t work bc of failed green transitions)
Red states will keep bringing in investment and tax revenue
Blue states will keep spending insane amounts on massive carefare programs (Medicaid based fake jobs programs)
Blue states will default
Red states will be forced to bail them out

Fable is handicapped, and will trigger flags at the drop of a hat and fall back to opus. I cancelled it for Grok for web stuff and Codex for low level stuff. I find I don’t miss Fable.

We urgently need state legislation to modify the admissions process. A single test should never be only factor deciding who gets in & who doesn’t.

lots of hype around the robinhood chain launch. without looking at the data onchain, i’ll just say they’ve really built a seamless ux for moving money between onchain and the stock market.
it’s my default go-to no-fee offramp as a retail user:
u simply transfer USDC onchain / Coinbase to a wallet it gives u, and within minutes u can convert it to cash with 0 fees and invest in stocks.

This wont replace the voice mode in the app?
One thing that would be great is is if I could set the intelligence of the voice mode higher. I dont care if i have to wait longer for a response -- i cant use the normal voice transcribe then hit enter and then read responses while doing certain things (like driving) so I use voice mode but the answers arent as thoughtful

Calling someone a taker because he chose public service instead of building companies turns wealth into the only measure of human value.
Feel free to attack his record, the budget, the ideology, and the policies all day.
But pretending only billionaires build anything is exactly the arrogance that makes his words so shallow and beneath his stature.
By that measure, teachers, parents, doctors, nurses, soldiers, and clergy count for less unless they have built companies.
You may think that is normal. I think it is a degraded view of civilization.

As America marks its 250th with misgivings and malaise, how about if we seek inspiration from the Nordic model going forward? I traveled to Scandinavia to understand how these countries achieve prosperity and a high degree of equality -- while also becoming the happiest places on Earth. As Norway's finance minister, @jensstoltenberg, told me: “We actually live the American dream....The American dream, it’s more reality in the Nordic countries than in America.” They do have real challenges, and it's not entirely clear that the Nordic model is fully sustainable, let alone replicable. And we're not going to adopt it wholesale. But the US was actually on a similar track in the 1950s and 1960s, so it's not exactly alien. Whiskey has always been America’s original cryptocurrency.
They won’t teach you this in the history books, but in 1791 America experienced a Hard Fork. Hamilton sought to fund his new national bank, designed to print fake money out of thin air. To do so, he decided to tax the hard money, proof of work, cryptocurrency that had fueled America’s westward expansion: whiskey. Those at the frontier were outraged. How dare the Federal government tax their hard money just so it could recklessly run up its debt? Ultimately, George Washington resumed his mantle at the head of the Army, rode out to Pennsylvania and Ohio, and put the rebellion down.
That tax on whiskey remains to this day, adding financial burden to producers and consumers. But whiskey is no longer alone in this fight against tyranny.
Over 200 years later, crypto has picked up the mantle of the Whiskey Rebellion. May we continue to be the fuel of American liberty, prosperity, and innovation.
If you appreciate crypto and what it has done to create a store of value outside government control, honor those who paved the way and pour yourself a glass of good ol’ American Whiskey.
