Hi @ZeptoNow why don't you show total cart value along with extra charges ? I always get charged more than what you show on the cart and not sure how many times I just paid without doing calculation. This feels like cheating when you show something else as a price and take more.

@amazonIN @amazon order was marked delivered without delivery. Complaint to your support yesterday, no action taken yet.Did multiple calls to support team but no use. I was expecting faster resolution as this was amazon fresh order and we had urgent requirement of these products.

Hello @Swiggy , Yesterday I order groceries from you and you delivered Bathroom cleaner along with food items, the phenyl and bread was packed in same package. This is serious concern of food safety. @fssaiindia must look into this. And see response from your cc in comments.
