Are TPLF And Tigrayans One and The Same⁉️ TPLF and Tigrayans are two sides of the same coin. They cannot be separated. They belong together. The Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) was not forced on the Tigrayan people. It grew out of their own wishes and struggles. For many years, Tigrayans felt they faced neglect and pressure to lose their identity. The TPLF became their voice for self-rule, protecting their culture, and fighting for survival. Questioning the TPLF feels like questioning their own history and blood. Without the TPLF, there would be no strong, united Tigrayan identity today. In the past, Tigrayans were scattered and weak. They faced attempts to erase their language and culture. The TPLF brought them together, taught them, organized them, and gave them strength. It turned a divided group into one powerful force. At the same time, without Tigrayans, the TPLF would not exist. Its fighters, leaders, and supporters all come from the Tigrayan people. Families gave food, shelter, and their sons and daughters during hard times of war and hiding. The TPLF’s wins and losses are the people’s wins and losses. The people’s bravery keeps the TPLF alive. In the end, TPLF and Tigrayans are one. You cannot split them apart. The TPLF’s spirit lives in the Tigrayan people, and the people give life to the TPLF. To know one is to know the other. They are the same force, now and in the future. That is why, after sacrificing thousands of their brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, uncles, aunts, and loved ones to save the TPLF, they are still ready to go to war again to protect their power
