For #Eritrea to truly move forward, we must embrace change rooted in justice and unity. #EBRF is committed to a future where diversity is respected, human rights are protected, and governance is accountable to the people. We reject systems that silence citizens and divide communities. Instead, we stand for a democratic Eritrea where peace and development go hand in hand. The time for transformation is now and EBRF is ready to lead it. #RegimeChangeInEritrea #BlueRevolution #TransnationalRepression #NoMorePFDJTerror @BereketKahsai1 @BeyeneGerezghe1 @CmaDawit @AsfahawolduK @HabtomGheb64613 @EGerasouli35992 @ElizabethTecle @martinplaut @mrubin1971 @SenTedCruz @TiborPNagyJr

The Singapore That Never Was: While Singapore turned discipline into dynamism and scarcity into global competitiveness, Eritrea under Isaias Afwerki hardened into isolation, repression, and regional destabilization—casting a long shadow over Ethiopia. Yet even amid divergence, the possibility remains to bridge the fracture and reclaim a path toward shared stability in the Horn. Read more: ifa.gov.et/2026/03/19/the…

Yes! The possibility to bridge the fracture still exists, but only after dismantling the system of repression and fear. Singapore chose openness and thrived; Eritrea’s regime chose isolation and control, casting shadows far beyond its borders. The Eritrean #BlueRevolution Front is the bridge-builder we need working for regime change, transitional justice, economic revival, and normalized, respectful relations with #Ethiopia and the region. The #BlueRevolution will prevail. Freedom for #Eritrea is coming! #EBRF #TransnationalRepression #BlueRevolution #Eritrea #NoMorePFDJTerror @BeyeneGerezghe1 @CmaDawit @BereketKahsai1 @EGerasouli35992 @BradSherman @darrell @KjetilTronvoll @TiborPNagyJr @martinplaut @mrubin1971 @SenateForeign @washingtonpost @senatorscarr @SenAdamSchiff @SenatorDurbin @tedcruz @DrJPPham @SenJeffMerkley @DrChTouati @UN_HRC @UN @hrw @amnesty @IntlCrimCourt @washingtonpost @BBC @AJEnglish @_AfricanUnion @afric_insde. youtu.be/Ig5Ib9q-hy8?si…

Hi Wodemaya! Did you go to #Eritrea with the lowest expectation? Or worst, with fear for your life? But instead you were pleasantly surprised that the country is safe, people are friendly, & trustworthy even? 😂 ***Blink twice, for help!*** After all, Eritrea is a country with the world worst dictatorship & clearly you know that. I do agree that we shouldn't compare Eritrea to North Korea, as its far worst. You sure had nice things to say while inside Eritrea but it's infrastructures, vacancy, majority of people using bike or donkey for transportation modes, spoke volumes! Interesting how you only interviewed Eritreans visiting the country instead of local residents? Oh yeah because the people inside Eritrea are heavily restricted & oppressed as you've stated. Hence why it's illegal to leave Eritrea yet they risk their life daily fleeing it's forced & indefinite national service & persecutions. & that guy with you must be regime's tour guide as he appears to be in other bloggers when visiting Eritrea too. So for you, it maybe nice to temporarily visit Eritrea for the "views" & to disconnect but for the locals that can't leave & lack the luxury of internet, it's an endless nightmare as the entire country is an open air prison. Even you wouldn't live there without internet & freedom of expression yet you were asking viewers to subscribe so your channel can grow & as it's your mean of income. I liked how you asked for genzeb (money) for helping with the farm work. So you too believe in paying for services. Unfortunately the Eritrean regime does not; which is why it's known for modern day slavery. As far as the people being trust worthy, that's also a lie as people can't form assembly for this reason & Eritreans are out here trafficking their own & innocent migrants in HOA. Therefore; Eritrean dictator Isaias Afwerki & PFDJ regime must go! #TransnationalRepression #RegimeChangeInEritrea #NoMorePFDJTerror #BlueRevolution #EBRF 💙💚🌿 #Eritrea%20with%20the%20lowest%20expectation?%20%20Or%20worst,%20with%20fear%20for%20your%20life?%20%20But%20instead%20you%20were%20pleasantly%20surprised%20that%20the%20country%20is%20safe,%20people%20are%20friendly,%20&%20trustworthy%20even?%20%F0%9F%98%82%20***Blink%20twice,%20for%20help!***%20%0A%0AAfter%20all,%20Eritrea%20is%20a%20country%20with%20the%20world%20worst%20dictatorship%20&%20clearly%20you%20know%20that.%20%20I%20do%20agree%20that%20we%20shouldn't%20compare%20Eritrea%20to%20North%20Korea,%20as%20its%20far%20worst.%20%20You%20sure%20had%20nice%20things%20to%20say%20%20while%20inside%20Eritrea%20but%20it's%20infrastructures,%20vacancy,%20majority%20of%20people%20using%20bike%20or%20donkey%20for%20%20transportation%20modes,%20spoke%20volumes!%20%0A%0AInteresting%20how%20you%20only%20interviewed%20Eritreans%20visiting%20the%20country%20instead%20of%20local%20residents?%20%20Oh%20yeah%20because%20the%20people%20inside%20Eritrea%20are%20heavily%20restricted%20&%20oppressed%20as%20you've%20stated.%20%20Hence%20why%20it's%20illegal%20to%20leave%20Eritrea%20yet%20they%20risk%20their%20life%20daily%20fleeing%20it's%20forced%20&%20indefinite%20national%20service%20&%20persecutions.%20%20&%20that%20guy%20with%20you%20must%20be%20regime's%20tour%20guide%20as%20he%20appears%20to%20be%20in%20other%20bloggers%20when%20visiting%20Eritrea%20too.%20%20%0A%0ASo%20for%20you,%20it%20maybe%20nice%20to%20temporarily%20visit%20Eritrea%20for%20the%20%22views%22%20&%20to%20disconnect%20but%20for%20the%20locals%20that%20can't%20leave%20&%20lack%20the%20luxury%20of%20internet,%20it's%20an%20endless%20nightmare%20as%20the%20entire%20country%20is%20an%20open%20air%20prison.%20%20Even%20you%20wouldn't%20live%20there%20without%20internet%20&%20freedom%20of%20expression%20yet%20you%20were%20asking%20viewers%20to%20subscribe%20so%20your%20channel%20can%20grow%20&%20as%20it's%20your%20mean%20of%20income.%20%20%0A%0AI%20liked%20how%20you%20asked%20for%20genzeb%20(money)%20for%20helping%20with%20the%20farm%20work.%20%20So%20you%20too%20believe%20in%20paying%20for%20services.%20%20Unfortunately%20the%20Eritrean%20regime%20does%20not;%20which%20is%20why%20it's%20known%20for%20modern%20day%20slavery.%20%20As%20far%20as%20the%20people%20being%20trust%20worthy,%20that's%20also%20a%20lie%20as%20people%20can't%20form%20assembly%20for%20this%20reason%20&%20Eritreans%20are%20out%20here%20trafficking%20their%20own%20&%20innocent%20migrants%20in%20HOA.%20%20Therefore;%20Eritrean%20dictator%20Isaias%20Afwerki%20&%20PFDJ%20regime%20must%20go!%20%23TransnationalRepression%20%20%23RegimeChangeInEritrea%20%23NoMorePFDJTerror%20%23BlueRevolution%20%23EBRF%20%F0%9F%92%99%F0%9F%92%9A%F0%9F%8C%BF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/watch?v=xcqebu…

@phelemawi My brother, I am very sorry that your brother is there. What is happening is wrong. No one should be treated this way. What does protection mean if refugees are sent back to the same danger they fled? #Eritrean refugees arrested in #Egypt now face deportation to a country they escaped at great risk. This is not just a gap it is a failure. @UNHCR @UNHumanRights: your mandate is protection. Act now. Non refoulement is not a slogan. It is a duty. #Eritrea #Refugees #Justice #Eritrea #Refugees #HumanRights #EBRF #BlueRevolution #NoMorePFDJterror @UNHCR @Refugees @UNHumanRights @UN_HRC @antonioguterres @amnesty @hrw @fidh_en @OMCTorg @MfaEgypt @UNICEFEgypt @IOM_MENA @martinplaut @TiborPNagyJr @HRC

My brother is one of more than 3000 Eritrean refugees currently detained in Egypt and at risk of being deported. He fled Eritrea because of indefinite national service and repression. He went to Ethiopia, but when war broke out, it was no longer safe for him there. He escaped again to Sudan, where he tried to rebuild his life, but then war started there too and he had to run once more. He is registered with @Refugees , but now he is being treated like he has no protection. If he is sent back to Eritrea, I genuinely fear for his life. I don’t understand how this is allowed to happen. People who escaped danger are being forced back into it. I am asking @Refugees , @amnesty, @TheRWCHR, @hrw, @UN_HRC and anyone who can help, please do something before it’s too late. Please don’t ignore this. #EritreanRefugees #StopDeportation #TransnationalRepression @UNHCREgypt @OHCHR_MENA @EIPR @rpegyorg @amnesty @ICRC @RedCross @UNWatch @UN_SPExperts @UN @UNEP @freedomhouse @DefendDefenders @citizenlab @AJEnglish @AFP @Reuters @BBCBreaking @martinplaut @TheAfricaReport @afric_insde @dwnews @ahramonline @DailyNewsEgypt @MadaMasr

Eritrea "advancing gender equality, strengthening access to justice for women and girls, and protecting their dignity and rights." If only this was true. Women trapped in National Service are at risk of abuse And the behaviour of Eritrean troop in the Tigray war was despicable
Eritrea at the UN@Eritrea_UN

Today, at the 70th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (#CSW70), H.E. Sophia Tesfamariam reaffirmed #Eritrea’s commitment to advancing gender equality, strengthening access to justice for women and girls, and protecting their dignity and rights. @AmbStesfamariam further: -underlined that marking 30 years since the adoption of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, #Eritrea highlighted progress through legal reforms ensuring equality before the law, expanded women’s rights to land and productive resources, and strengthened labour protections. -highlighted the legal and institutional reforms implemented since independence, including the repeal of discriminatory colonial laws and the establishment of equality before the law as a national principle. These reforms strengthened women’s rights in family law, ensured equal access to land and productive resources, expanded labour protections, and enabled women to transmit nationality to their children. -underscored Proclamation No. 158/2007 banning female genital mutilation, one of the earliest legislative bans in the region, as well as #Eritrea ’s community court system, where women increasingly serve as judges and leaders, strengthening grassroots access to justice. -emphasized that peace, stability, and community participation remain essential foundations for achieving gender equality and sustainable development, while recognizing the historic role of #Eritrean women in the liberation struggle, where they served as fighters, educators, medics, and organizers, helping transform social norms and shape #Eritrea ’s nation-building process. 🇪🇷 #CSW70 #GenderEquality #AccessToJustice #Eritrea #WomenEmpowerment

▪️ Donald Trump said the United States does not need #Ukraine's help to protect itself from Iranian drone attacks in the Middle East. He said the United States has "the best drones in the world" and understands drone technology better than any other country. Trump added that Russia may be helping Iran because the United States supports Ukraine. ▪️ #Trump's comments come after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the United States had asked Ukraine for help in shooting down Iranian Shahid drones. Zelensky said Ukraine has reportedly sent three teams of experts to the region to help the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Ukrainian experts have also been sent to assist US troops in Jordanian camps. "Ukraine has the best experience in the world in fighting drones," Zelensky said. ▪️ Zelensky also criticized Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russian oil. He said the move could give Vladimir Putin about $10 billion to support his war against Ukraine. Zelensky said easing the sanctions would not help peace and would make it harder to stop the war. ▪️ With the US approval, the world has been given 30 days to buy Russian oil and oil products [that is, from 12 March 2026 to 11 April The US government says the move will help stabilize the rising prices of oil and other commodities caused by the war in the Middle East. Earlier this week, the United States said it would release 172 million barrels of oil from its reserves in an effort to reduce price increases. ▪️ #EU leaders have reacted with concern. EU head of consular affairs Antonio Costa warned that easing sanctions would help Russia get more money to continue the war. He added that strong economic pressure is needed to force Russia to come to serious talks. ▪️ The UK has also said it will not follow the #US decision. UK Energy Secretary Michael Shanks says Britain will continue to impose sanctions on Russia. ▪️ #Zelensky met with French President Emmanuel Macron during his visit to Paris. The leaders discussed how European countries can put pressure on Russia. They discussed how to add more sanctions to the Russian business and oil sectors. ▪️ Fighting continues across Ukraine. #Ukrainian authorities say three people were killed and 27 wounded in a Russian attack yesterday. In addition, Russia sent Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 126 drones to Ukraine overnight, and Ukraine shot down 117 drones. ▪️ British Defense Secretary John Healy says #Iran has learned its tactics from Russia, saying they have "Putin's hidden hand" in its attacks in the Middle East. British military officials say Iran's drone strikes are a pattern copied from Russia. ▪️ Finally, Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine and Romania have signed an agreement to develop joint drones. This shows how important drone technology is in the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Pressure from the Saudis (and others) plus concerns about attacks from FANO, Tigrayans and Oromo, may have persuaded PM Abiy that this is a dangerous strategy. Too risky to make a push to capture Assab, for example. Others suggest war is still imminent. Who knows for sure?

The stories of #Eritrea|n mothers losing sons and daughters to endless conscription, families torn apart by forced disappearances, and youth fleeing through deserts and seas because there's no future at home under #PFDJ terror are not isolated tragedies they are the systematic outcome of a regime that prioritizes control over people. Citizens’ lives should never be used for political survival. War should not be used to maintain power, and military service must have clear limits and legal protections. The #Eritrea|n people deserve dignity, justice, democracy, freedom, and full respect for their human rights. As part of #EBRF, we refuse to stay silent; we are organizing, uniting, and pushing forward for a peaceful transition to a free and just #Eritrea.
