@AmazonHelp I have already reached out to this phone number. The so called Acct Spec. have been contacted multiple times and send the same message about contacting TRS which I have several times. They have confirmed there is nothing owed several times!!!

@AmazonHelp Sure. Your “records” indicate that I owe money to you but I don’t! I have contacted TRS and they vehemently confirmed that there isn’t anything on their end and it’s Amazon’s error. I wasted countless emails/calls/ chats to resolve the issue to no avail. This is infuriating 😡
