This, in the end, is why the gleeful, criminal abuse of birthright citizenship is such a crime. It essentially bleeds my own children dry and sends our hardwon resources to children of people who just got here. My husband and I both work. Even with that, with five kids in CA, our margins are razor thin. If we were not supporting a vast indigent population of tens of millions, our lives would be infinitely better. SC justices make $300K + lifetime benefits, plus another $500K easy from books, speeches, and other sinecures.

People in the U.S. don't have children because they're already supporting other people's children with free healthcare, free K-12 public schools, free college scholarships, subsidized housing, welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, and more. Every "childfree" 30something has 5 or 6 young Somali, Central American, or Afghan dependents they'll never meet

White/ Europeans don't have children because they can't afford to support them. Migrants have children because White/ Europeans support them. If we didn’t fund migrants we could reduce taxes & afford to have kids again. Remigration now!

Birthright citizenship is a matter of national security, and our rivals will seek to exploit it as long as it stands. Birth tourism must end, or American citizenship means nothing.

Everyone involved in the asylum system knows and understands the claims are all fake: the aliens who make them, the free NGO lawyers who file them, the judges who hear them, the federal officers who process them. Everyone. Everyone knows the real reason these migrants come. Even a small amount of US welfare is 10x what they would earn in their home countries. If they have a “birthright” child it’s enough welfare to support their entire family back home for a lifetime. Entire foreign economies are sustained by US welfare remittances. It’s industrial-scale remittance farming.

Classic “asylum seeker” here. In such danger and peril that she’s going to wait until Trump leaves office to try to get into the US. 95%+ of the migrants we interviewed at the border from 2021-2024 openly admitted on camera they wanted work/a better life. That’s not asylum.

Bike lanes are an urban blight, and spoil the Capital city.
Jeff Clark@JeffClarkUS

.@realDonaldTrump, please work with Congress to use its plenary power over DC to blow up dedicated bicycle lanes in DC. They snarl traffic and the relative number of people who use them versus driving is small. It’s naked favoritism for a small group of people who want to see themselves as virtuous. Total virtue signaling. Not appropriate for a city that is the seat of power and a business hub. Complete boondoggle for a tiny green minority. Because of these goofy lanes it takes an eternity to go from Georgetown to Capitol Hill.

@JeffClarkUS It’s a blight across the nation, but especially in the urban northeast where some city streets are colonial in width. Federal roadway grants must be used to stop this waste of public space. @SeanDuffyWI

If you think your job is to just call balls and strikes and the opposing umpires will only call strikes, then you are not a wise Supreme Court justice. You are a sucker and unworthy of the office to which you have been appointed.

@WhiteHouse @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @VP @USCIRF @WHAAsstSecty @USEmbNicaragua @SecRubio @StateDept @DeputySecState @WHAAsstSecty @SenAshleyMoody @SenRickScott @RepMariaSalazar @RepCarlos @MarioDB @SenTedCruz @RandPaul @HouseForeignGOP @NRSC @SenJudiciaryGOP

Christopher Landau@DeputySecState

Semana Santa, or Holy Week, is a sacred time for families all over the world, including my own. Throughout Latin America, people gather on city streets to profess their faith and mark the Passion. But once again this year, the Ortega-Murillo dictatorship is denying the people of Nicaragua the right to profess their faith in this manner by banning such public processions. Nicaragua has historically hosted some of the most beautiful and famous processions in the region (for example in Granada and Leon) and I look forward to the day when our Nicaraguan friends reclaim their religious freedom.🇺🇸🙏🇳🇮
