@TMobileHelp @MikeSievert Your rep went on a break and said she cannot turn back on the service without a payment. I do not even have the amount you are asking for! This is so unfair. I didn't ask for any of this! I have literally cried speaking to these reps, with no outcomes to my satisfaction!
