[Update Dec. 23/22] Voice of Amhara: Starting at 6 am, Oromia regional state forces opened fire on IDPs in Haro Addis Alem kebele (Gida Kiremu woreda, East Wollega zone) which hosts 60,000 IDPs. On Novm 18 & 19/22, the forces killed 150 civilians including 81 captives in Kiremu.

[Update Dec. 21/22] Voice of Amhara: At least 17 Amhara IDPs were killed while trying to escape attacks by OSF in Oromia region by crossing Abay river to travel to Amhara region. The victims were ambushed by OLA militants & 12 were killed immediately while 5 drowned in the river.
