@MMRDAOfficial what is the process the get refund of the metro tickets if metro is not functional. Yesterday I was devipada metro station and I purchased the metro ticket via Mumbai one app. Upon reaching the station, I was told the metro is not functional due to signal issue. To get the refund, please call customer center at 1800 268 4242. (1/2)

Thank you @IRCTCofficial for spoiling a perfectly fine Mumbai Local Train booking experience by forcing people to move from the simple UTS App to your so called all in one RailOne App I just don’t understand why some Govt Depts still try to break something that works well. Do the babus in IRCTC get vicarious pleasure in putting commuters through misery? If you want forced migration at least ensure the new interface is as good if not better So many flaws & obviously because the app is focused on upcountry trains, not local suburban transportation. If I have to “reserve/book” a season ticket, I have to go through “unreserved” tab 🤦‍♂️🤨 - what sense does this make? I spent 20 mins trying to locate the tab for season tickets & finally had to google it 🤯😡 You ask for ID proof at the start while creating profile & yet you want me to re-enter the same while booking season ticket? If you are not saving it then why ask for it in profile creation? Painful experience

@cneuralnetwork Pay taxi/auto rickshaw fare that is shown on the meter only, no need to quote before the ride. Avoid locals during peak hours, especially on the central line. You can use the Mumbai One app to book any sort of tickets be it bus train or metro.

@MMRDAOfficial What's with Mumbai One app since some days? My internet speed is excellent 5G speed. When I touch Pay, it takes ages to present with options to choose payment method (attached). I literally waited for 7+ minutes before deciding to not use Metro and rather a rick.

@lijusoman @MMRDAOfficial Hi, just to clarify — you can book up to 6 passengers (operator-based) using the “Quick Ticket Booking” option. Only the “Plan Journey” feature is restricted to 1 passenger. For smooth group travel, please use Quick Ticket.

@MMRDAOfficial in Mumbai one app only one ticket can be booked!! We can't add extra tickets for people travelling together. Senior citizens who are versed with using app and traveling together for them need to buy separately either from window or WhatsApp ticketing. Kindly add
