If Nigerian courts and courts in Finland relied on corrupted intelligence evidence supplied by Nigeria’s former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami—who was himself accused of financing terrorism while in office—and who prepared dossiers used by agencies to abduct and rendition Nnamdi Kanu on the same (allegedly fabricated) terrorism charges; 3. And if this same corrupted evidence was distributed by that Attorney General, whose own terrorism financing charges have now been dropped by the Nigerian government, despite his role as former Minister of Justice under President Muhammadu Buhari (2015–2023), and his alleged involvement in unlawful actions and fabricated intelligence reports; 4.
