Today, @SeniorTrender and I present our research into claims that Army Criminal Investigations Division (CID) agent, Thomas Barnes, investigated Army Lt. General John Riggs for improperly disclosing non-human intelligence (NHI) reverse engineered technology to a subordinate. Through FOIA, we’ve confirmed that Riggs was indeed investigated for improperly disclosing procurement sensitive information, and having this subordinate read into a Special Access Program (SAP). To conduct this investigation, Barnes was allegedly read into 16 Unacknowledged SAPs dealing with NHI technology, managed by the Army’s Technology Management Office (TMO). In the article, we present evidence that TMO indeed managed access “spooky” SAPs, and other data supporting the claims. While we make no definitive conclusions, we believe we’ve stumbled upon a paper trail that could lead directly to some of the alleged NHI reverse engineering programs. And, at the very least, warrant further investigation by a congressional body as to why Riggs was not formally charged. On McCasland situation, an Air Force spokesperson has stated: "While the Air Force Office of Special Investigations assisted with some initial information gathering, AFOSI did not open an investigation into the disappearance. Any questions regarding the case should be directed to the FBI."

According to a source, the study of the recovered Magenta craft became closely integrated with Manhattan Project activities. The source told Liberation Times that, starting in 1946, the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) worked with Italian and German scientists at Wright Field to reverse-engineer the Magenta craft, carrying forward research that had initially commenced between Germany and Italy. The source explained that the Central Intelligence Group (CIG)—the U.S. government agency that succeeded the OSS and preceded the CIA—later inherited the study of the Magenta craft when the Foreign Intelligence Branch was transferred from the Manhattan Project to the CIG. Liberation Times understands that the transferred element from the Manhattan Project was initially established within the CIG’s Office of Special Operations before being incorporated into its Nuclear Energy Group. Subsequently, within the CIA, the Scientific Intelligence Branch merged with this Nuclear Energy Group, forming the Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI)—the precursor to today’s WCPMC. The alleged implication?
