@makemytripcare Not sure what you PPL are doing currently the PPL are in Shimla and the driver this morning was not ready to go to shimla which is the itinerary. Instead he is scaring them feeding false information and delaying purposely. I asked for a change of driver which never happened.

@makemytrip as soon as snow hits manali MMT and teams started their money making scheme and troubling looting customers started. Organizer not picking calls not one out of 15-20 calls @jagograhakjago don't book via MMT go alone as they will leave you alone once they got the money

@makemytripcare I have shared my concern to the travel organizer, sent an email , called as many numbers as I had. But MMT seems not willing. You have us very bad driver though I raised it very first day the change didn't happen. Even in the platform you PPL are just wasting time

@kiacareindia I DM you, I emailed you. But you PPL are choosing to not support a customer. It was not expected from a global brand. As far as @cryatalauto is concerned I advise PPL not to buy from here after sales service is pathetic irrespective of escalation. The below testimonials is false.

1/2 Residents at Gera Misty waters keshav nagar have no electricity since 5 pm yesterday. Its been 8 hours now! Due to illegal excavation the cable was cut and now we are suffering. We reached out to Mr. Phul (7875767152) and he didn’t seem to be of any help.

@kiacareindia @CrystalAutoKia1 Not only @CrystalAutoKia1 is not customer friendly their staff technical or management has no idea about the car they are selling and its whereabouts or operations. They keep pushing and blaming customers only for their own faults.
