@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @RailMinIndia Subject: Complaint regarding seat encroachment, abusive behavior, and threat Sir/Madam, I am traveling in Train No. 20684, coach A1, on seats 50 and 52 under PNR No. 4234895232. A co-passenger had illegally occupied my seat and placed his luggage there. When I requested him to vacate the seat, he behaved in a very rude and aggressive manner. He used abusive language, refused to cooperate, and created a disturbance in the coach. He also misbehaved with my travel partner. During the argument, he issued a direct threat stating that he would “see us” once the train reaches Chennai, which has caused us serious concern for our safety. I request immediate assistance and necessary action against the individual to ensure our safety and prevent any untoward incident. Kindly take this matter seriously and provide protection at arrival. Thank you.

Shameful situation for our faujis. A army personnel Travelled Maharashtra–MP, crossed 6 tolls each side — same confusion by @nhai_official on exemption for serving adgpi personnel. At Gadha toll: exempted thrice, 4th time demanded cash. Staff had no clarity on rules. Clear, written instructions must be issued to all toll operators regarding toll exemption for Army personnel.
