@ipostparcels I had a delivery arranged for today and paid extra to do so. My buyer didn’t receive their parcel and won’t be at the address to do so on Monday. This is really messy and unpleasant for both parties involved!

@Groupon_UK @Groupon What are these ‘circumstances’?? Not being given the option to received funds back into the original bank account but instead retaining my money in Groupon credits. As a customer I am entitled to receive my money back to where it came from.
