VCI कोटे के डोमिसाइल छात्रों के साथ न्याय किया जाए। राजस्थान पशुपालन विभाग और राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा हाल ही में निकाली गई पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी भर्ती में बनाए गए नए नियमों के कारण राज्य के अनेक योग्य और डोमिसाइल छात्र अन्याय का शिकार हो रहे हैं। वे छात्र जिन्होंने अपनी 10वीं और 12वीं राजस्थान से की है और राजस्थान के मूल निवासी हैं, लेकिन VCI कोटे के अंतर्गत अन्य राज्यों जैसे दिल्ली, एमपी, यूपी, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र आदि से बीवीएससी की पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं और वर्तमान में इंटर्नशिप कर रहे हैं, उन्हें भर्ती प्रक्रिया से बाहर कर दिया गया है। यह निर्णय न केवल अनुचित है बल्कि राजस्थान के अपने ही बच्चों के भविष्य पर ताला लगाने जैसा है। आज तक की सभी भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं (2013, 2019) में VCI कोटे के छात्रों को समान अवसर मिला है, तो इस बार क्यों वंचित किया जा रहा है? VCI कोटे से पढ़ रहे छात्र मजबूरीवश बाहर पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि राजस्थान में पर्याप्त सीटें उपलब्ध नहीं थीं। लेकिन अब जब ये छात्र योग्य बन चुके हैं, इंटर्नशिप कर रहे हैं और पूरी तरह से पात्र हैं, तो इन्हें बाहर करना राज्य की प्रतिभा और भविष्य दोनों के साथ अन्याय है। इसलिए, राज्य सरकार और आरपीएससी से अपील है कि नए नियमों में संशोधन कर सभी डोमिसाइल वेटरनरी छात्रों को आवेदन का अवसर दिया जाए। 2020 बैच सहित वर्तमान में इंटर्नशिप कर रहे सभी छात्रों को भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल किया जाए। राज्य के बच्चों के साथ भेदभाव समाप्त कर उनके भविष्य को सुरक्षित किया जाए। @RajGovOfficial @rajeduofficial

@Ranjankuma20923 First the elimination of strays needs to happen from municipalities level to stop the increasing trend of cases. Secondly pets should have collar with birthdate and vaccine details tied. Thirdly better awareness of rabies as a condition and its severity.
