Caitlyn Jenner really thought the rules she supported would magically stop at everyone else… like bigotry comes with a VIP exemption if you’re rich, famous, and vote Republican. You don’t get to support a system that targets trans people… and then act shocked when it targets you, too. Disappointing news: the #NEleg failed to override the veto on LB 929. Rising costs threaten healthcare access, especially in our rural towns. While this is a setback, I’m not done fighting to lower costs and defend working Nebraskans.

The Governor vetoed a bill that passed 49-0, actually made it is so we would need to use property taxes LESS, and yet 26 people flipped their votes because apparently they serve the Governor, not the people. Absolutely wild.
