Strengthening Civil–Military Synergy Exercise #SanjhaShakti, a joint Military–Civil Fusion exercise, was conducted at Dighi Hills Range under the aegis of Maharashtra, Gujarat & Goa Area, #SouthernCommand, reinforcing seamless coordination and joint preparedness to address complex security and emergency scenarios. The exercise aimed at strengthening coordination, rapid response and public safety brought together the #IndianArmy and 16 key civilian agencies including Maharastra Police, Force One and Fire Departments wherein more than 350 personnel actively participated validating interoperability, rapid response mechanisms, communication protocols and decision-making through realistic, mission-oriented scenarios. Lt Gen DS Kushwah, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding MG&G Area, emphasised the criticality of close civil–military synergy in safeguarding the hinterland, disaster response and support to veterans and their families.
