Day two of highlighting how terrible @FirstChoiceUK customer service are and how they deal with their customers.

@JustEatUK I received the wrong order. The delivery i got clearly has the wrong order number on the bag. The driver agreed and I have pictures of proof and customer service can’t do anything? I paid for food I didn’t receive! How is this allowed??

@JustEatUK Not happy with your customer service, put a refund request in as when I went to collect my order the shop was shut!! I'm now £6.40 out of pocket! 🤬🤬🤬🤬




@EurekaforbesIN highly disappointed with the customer service, as my complaint has not been registered despite reaching out through both phone and email channels. This lack of support and resolution is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience

@qatarairways - very disappointed in the service my son has received with regards to excess luggage. 3 times he called customer services to try sort it out. He had 27kgs extra bag and you charged him £1112 !!!! Costing more than the flight !!! Disgraceful service - his savings !!

@Mahindra_Auto @MahindraRise most incompetent and useless car company in india with worst people working for them in service. Repeated complaints. No concern for customer and car. Disgusted with Mahindra in 9 months. Koncept Mahindra is the worst. Even company exec are useless.

@FirstBankngr Why would you report me to credit bureau for a soft loan I have already cleared since? Do you know the implications and what this has caused me. I demand this is resolved and rectified immediately
