@DeanTTraining I backed off doing those two and focused on building up my legs first. Pretty weak. Just got to the point where i can do two plates on the Hack…very excited about that. Will probably work them back in slowly and see if it makes difference.

A few years ago I threw my back out swinging a tool that was wrong for the job. Was horrific. Had neglected a lot of the rehab stuff. Got one of these and use it often. Also thank goodness for the internet. Old advice was RICE. In reality you need to move. (Not medical advices.)

My Supplement Recommendations:
1) A protein powder IF you struggle to hit your intake dietarily
2) Caffeine prior to a training session IF you workout earlier in the day
3) 5-10g Creatine monohydrate per day (if you’re in a crucial data compilation period, don’t take this for a 4-6 weeks because it’ll skew your data)
4) A multivitamin (this can be a good hedge)
5) Magnesium Glycinate (maybe)
6) Omega-3 (maybe)
7) Vitamin D3+K2 (maybe)
8) Electrolytes (maybe)
9) Greens Powder (maybe)
Wouldn’t be a bad idea to get bloods done to see if you’re deficient in anything specific…you can better inform your decision making when armed with that info
