Will we have an early election in Canada? Trudeau shuffles his cabinet and Singh says he’s ready to vote the government down. Here’s the reality.

@CllrHardwick @BIVnews Such a misguided opinion. Options are available to get connected to elected officials for free. This is a paid event. People have the option to go or not, it’s not a take it or leave it situation. Events cost money to put on.

The arrogance of CBC President Catherine Tait just oozes from her as she speaks. The condescension drips from her tongue with every word. Conservative MP @jamiljivani is asking her about employees making more than $500,000 per year. She’s clueless.

@MattIlich @David_Moscrop 100% the betting ads are arguably worse than cigarette / alcohol ads. So many kids watching, this will have significant consequences in the near future.

@David_Moscrop I can’t stand the betting ads…and the commentators talking about odds…the game has become secondary to the gambling…it sucks

@MattIlich @RobShaw_BC @bcndp @Conservative_BC 100%. Pretty clear where their priorities are, pulling out all the stops to stay in power. Except, you know dealing with the real issues, one of which you mention. One of the many reasons why people are apathetic with respect politics just the way the political parties like it.

@Khelsilem Or are people just tired of the party? I mean all parties are full of BS at any given time, but the NDP have been in power since 2017. So give them a few years to make change, a few more for Covid, then times up if the province is in bad shape. It is! No one believes the NDP.

Whatever the BC NDP’s campaign strategy is for re-election, it is not working. British Columbians will decide on the next Provincial government in three weeks, and the BC NDP needs to shift its strategy to win.

New Leger poll in BC: The Conservative Party of BC (@Conservative_BC), led by John Rustad, (@JohnRustad4BC), has passed the NDP (@bcndp) in voting intention among decided voters and currently leads the incumbent government by 3 percentage points. #cdnpoli #bcpoli

@rodmickleburgh Injured victims have absolutely zero legal rights too. Is that cool? Legal rights were fully stripped from victims and the handling and disposition of an injury file was left up to the insurance company that is always motivated by profit. How is this good Rod?

Before “no fault” insurance, lawyers were making a fortune, fighting cases that were often trivial but with nothing to lose, and they were bankrupting ICBC…there’s always a case or two that need adjustment, but ICBC finances are now so sound, drivers are getting rebates #bcpoli
Richard Zussman@richardzussman

NEW - The BC Conservatives announcing, if elected, they will scrap the ICBC monopoly on car insurance in the province. The Conservatives will get rid of no-fault and open up competition. #bcpoli
