I can’t wait to see what the tbill YTD will be at the end of 2026. As close to free money as it gets. Plus you can sell puts with that same money in the meantime. Literally double dipping

After 5+ years of option selling full-time, I’ve thrown out the complicated stuff. One straightforward options strategy is now responsible for thousands in consistent monthly income. Hundreds of our community members have copied the exact same playbook and are seeing real results. It’s honestly one of the simplest, highest-probability setups I’ve ever traded. Works in bull markets, bear markets, and everything in between. Want in? Take a few hours this weekend and actually learn it properly. Not sure where to start? Comment “OPTIONS” below and I’ll shoot you my free ebook that breaks it all down step-by-step. (Must be following)

🚨 A note on running Anavar. It’s a great compound, like absolutely top notch. Easily my favorite oral anabolic steroid: it’s a Swiss Army knife. You can cut on it, you can bulk on it, you can use it to simply retain lean tissue and preserve mass. It is more than versatile. One of the most spectacular attributes of the compound is that it not only has the anecdotal data to back it up, but it is clinically proven to reduce visceral fat which seems to accumulate in just about everybody’s abdominal section as we age and is correlated with all cause mortality. Anavar is well-tolerated by most men and women, but it absolutely trashes lipids. HDL drops, LDL climbs, and even clients who start with a clean lipid panel will come back with their lipids looking like they’ve been in Vegas for a month partying with Hunter S. Thompson 6 weeks in. The lipid skew is the most consistent side of oral steroid use and the one most people underestimate going into a cycle. And Anavar is harder than most on the lipids especially compared to some of the more commonly used oral anabolics like Tbol and Dbol. Anavar is a 17α-alkylated oral, but it’s the mild one of the bunch. It’s a lot easier on the liver than Dbol, Tbol, or Anadrol because a meaningful chunk of it is cleared by the kidneys rather than the liver doing all the work. You still want to support the organ while you’re running an oral, but the real concern with Anavar isn’t your Liver Function Tests (AST, ALT, ALP, GGT, bilirubin, albumin), It’s your lipids. ⭐️ If you’re going to take Anavar for a spin, I recommend the following as a lipid health mitigator and overall system support regimen. 🩸 NAC + Vitamin C, daily. A gram of NAC with 2g of Vitamin C, split into two doses across the day. NAC is a cysteine precursor, and cysteine is the rate-limiting building block your liver uses to make glutathione, your body’s most important endogenous antioxidant. You’re giving the liver the raw material it needs to keep up with the oxidative load an oral is putting on it. NAC is a gold standard compound for hepatic support and there’s no good reason to run an oral without it. And for the lipid chaos ➡️ 💉Retatrutide, low dose. This is the one most everyone outside of X hasn’t caught onto yet. I’ve seen a complete alleviation of the lipid damage from Anavar in clients running as little as 1mg of Reta a week. You don’t need much. The lipid support is built into how the compound works, and at that dose you get the benefit without committing to a full GLP cut protocol. If 1mg is your cap, you’re already in the right place. If you can run a bit more comfortably, you can, but I haven’t needed to push it past that for the lipid use case. NAC for the liver. Reta for the lipids. Train, eat, sleep, and let the compound do what you brought it in to do.

I’ve been raving about MOTS-c since I started my research and telling everyone I know they need to look into it themselves It is genuinely a Top 3 compound on my list I’m a busy. I don’t get enough sleep. I get tired and feel run down MOTS-c has changed that for me The clean energy throughout the day is incredible. It’s not a jolt or a shot followed by a crash like caffeine, I feel a smoother higher energy level all day The best way to describe how I feel is I’m operating on a fully charged battery and I haven’t felt that way in years My endurance is up, I’m crushing my workouts & training harder, I’ve got more energy to do more with my kids in the evening, more energy to put into my baseball team running practices and coaching games I look leaner and more vascular so it’s helping my body enhance insulin sensitivity, use glucose better and burn fat which isn’t a downside either I consistently feel the best I have in years Anyway I’m a huge fan and you’re probably sick of hearing me rave about it but I’m honestly just trying to convey my personal experience to you MOTS-c is available at Elite Research in 10mg and 50mg if you want to look into this yourself. There’s a link below if you use code YUKON10 at checkout it takes 10% off your entire order

I’m not saying this is good or bad. It just means things going forward are going to look different Companies are already offering the new minoxidil formulation while it’s still in trial. People have PP405 in hand. Thousands of people on reta If you’re a drug developer, your molecule will be sold on grey/black market years before you can. Does that change incentives?
Abud Bakri MD@AbudBakri

Retatrutide is the first compound to have parallel anecdotal data and scientific research happening at the same time The funny part is the anecdotal data has confirmed or even surpassed the actual phase 2-3 research What does they say about the anecdotal data about BPC-157?

@caloriesproper2 Honesty on dosage. I was at swis in 2022. I said that in the steroid panel. If most ppl knew what it took to look that way or be that strong they’d never go down that road. Dave Tate thought the opposite. Being honest made more ppl what to try it.

@LeilaHormozi Demoralised teams aren’t burnt out. They’re starved of ownership. The high performer thinks holding the work close protects standards. It doesn’t. It tells every teammate they aren’t trusted to swing. A team only grows to the size of what the leader will let go of.

It's truly baffling to me how so many doctors believe elevated insulin is a cause of problems rather than a consequence of them. Elevated fasting insulin doesn't magically occur. It is a compensatory response to insulin resistance of adipose and muscle tissues. Losing body fat and building muscle are the de facto ways of lowering insulin at the "root cause" (if you want to call it that). Pretending that you need to artificially lower insulin with carbohydrate restriction to improve health is disingenuous at best. Yes, low carbohydrate diets can help many people lose body fat. No, it is not because they lower insulin levels.
Elie Jarrouge, MD@ElieJarrougeMD

If you are eating less, exercising more, and still not losing weight — your calories are not the problem. Your insulin is. Get it tested. Fasting insulin. Not just glucose. Not just A1c. If your doctor won’t order it, find one who will or order it yourself.

Here’s the game!! You got $100k liquid! You need a business that generates $50k in annual profits!! What’s your move outside of the stock market? I’m looking for a tax write off but also something that seems viable. What I have so far that is the front runner is buying a plot of land and putting 2 trailer homes and selling them as owner finance. The numbers surprisingly seem pretty decent. What say you?!

I was wrong. I’ve been someone firmly planted in the “if it can be injected, it works best injected” camp, usually. That tends to be the case. But when it comes to topical ghk, it looks like I was wrong. After only 9 days follagen (topical ghk + ahk) I’m seeing differences in my skin and number of hairs lost per shower is maybe 1/4. It’s the only thing that goes on my face. As for my scalp, it was added alongside minoxidil and ru-58841. Still doing 5mg injectable ghk per day. It’s still extremely early, but this is looking more promising than injectable, for the skin AND the hair. Between this, snap-8 rejuven8 cream, melanotan-2, and ghk, I’m only getting more and more bullish on peptide vanity compounds. These type compounds will be how women are plunged into the peptide world. For the better. If you want to try out any of the compounds named here, you can get them at the link below and code antidoc10 saves 10% off at checkout.
