@vedichi_ @biohacker Have you added injected L carnitine? This could help move fat stores to help with energy during training/exercise.

@biohacker i felt this on reta. it turns even a trained person into a small sink, glycogen never tops off so the carb target that worked pre-drug overshoots. same output logic, the output just moved.

Athletes = very large glycogen sink Non-athletes = very small glycogen sink This is why someone can do 400 grams of carbs on a bulk and get fat while the other person does 400 grams and leans out And also why it usually ends very badly when you give someone with a generic diet principle without accounting for their individual output.

Honestly, not an entire lot, but little maybe subtle things. I paused the refill on agelessrx for now and am going to completely finish 90 days before I decide on it. I feel like I’m in a better mood, and there might be some sort of benefit and realism to the rumor of less reaction to some peps (mast cell like or temp irritation), as even Tesa has less reactions (always minor and ignorable) than before. I think it did allow some stuff to kick more my thyroid and TRT, so any of its inflammation benefits might be working, but not sure it’s worth keeping with other ongoing scriots like tada, telmisartan, and desiccated thyroid.

Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. It’s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. It’s all I focus on now. And it looks like I’m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, I’m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now I’m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. So far I am very thankful for: Peptide Plugs: peptideplugs.com/?ref=OPTIMIZED Biolongevity Labs: go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id… Rescue Research USA: rescueresearchusa.com/?sca_ref=11636… ( Code Optimized) Elite Research USA- Whom I don’t have an affiliation with, But @trinity2pointO has been great to me, and also has an amazing research catalog I wouldn’t refer everyone to explore. Also, an additional shoutout for the friendships I have built with @peptidepirate, @ThePepGuy, @kalospepgod (PepGuide.net), @JasonXinTX, and many more I could mention, who I interact with all on here often. But thankful for them finding value in my content, and offering me an opportunity to be affiliated with them, as well as accepting ideas I have offered them as well! Excited to see the growth we all make. Rest of the day, Im taking it easy and enjoying some food with the other half, and the UFC fights tonight.. Might pop in with any updates, if my never-stop working vendors sneak in some that I don't want to miss sharing!

Billy Bob Thornton says his Landman windmill monologue went viral, with oil workers thanking him for “showing people” how the industry really works. “That scene became huge. I mean it was all over the internet.” “When I run into an oil guy… they always bring that scene up and thank me… ‘Thanks for showing people what this is.’” “People try to politicize everything, and the fact of the matter is that Taylor… is not taking a side. He’s just saying, ‘Here’s a look behind the curtain at how this works.’” “This is how it works and this is how it affects the people who work in it. This is how dangerous it is, here’s how much of a gamble it is.” “When something makes sense to you dialogue wise, it’s easy to do a long monologue.”

@Tripp_untamed @PigskinFootbal1 Genetics are everything but strength is never a weakness. Sports specific to a point a well. Baseball and hockey wouldn’t benefit from strength training as much America football. Also I said strength training, not bodybuilding.

The psychology behind why this is hard to accept is actually incredibly fascinating. You have the people who make their living by “training” athletes, so this is a direct attack on their ability to put food on the table. But there’s a more interesting personality that takes offense to this and that’s the person that built their entire identity around lifting and training. It’s the only thing holding their ego together. They’ve accomplished nothing in life except being the best weight picker upper in their town. Even among sports teams everyone knows the weight room hero that puts a garbage product on the field. And for them to accept the fact their whole source of pride and accomplishment is based on a lie would cause a mind fracture their brain physically cannot let happen, which is why there’s such emotional pushback when I say lifting has no benefit

I signed out of high school to play baseball in the SEC and walked into the building for my freshman year. Best of the best. Top notch facilities. Every single metric tracked, from balls thrown, to swing speed, to balls hit, to run speed on the field. These programs are run at a higher level than some professional teams. Same with the weight room and diet. If you were a freshman, you were putting on size and strength like it was a full time job (because it pretty much was) And I did. I went from 6’2 175 to 6’2 215. Lifting like an animal. Repping 4 plates on squat. Benching 3. Bulgarian split squats with hundred pound dumbbells. Gained 8 inches on my vertical. Putting up insane numbers on the force plate, rotational velocity through the roof, tracking med ball throw velocities. Every Olympic lift was tracked with a velocity tracking camera system, making sure the speed at which you moved the bar was satisfactory and developing. I became a physical specimen… and my on field metrics did not change. My top exit velocity(speed at which the ball comes off the bat) stayed the same and my top throwing velocity (speed at which you throw the ball in the field) dropped. This was my first wtf 🤯moment. And not a rare one. This is incredibly common. Athletes moving worst despite training harder and putting on strength or power or increasing plyometric output. And then the ones who get really jacked and throw really hard already threw really hard as a 165 kid in the Dominican Republic. It’s not the weight room strength. This set me on a deep dive to understand movement. Theres a pattern, a pressure wave, a flow to movement that is not found under a barbell, and is not unlocked in progressive overload. Weighroom strength and lifting strength is fake, it does not make you an athlete, And I hate on lifting and make these claims as someone who would blow every single one of your lifting and “performance” metrics out the water when I was all in on this flawed philosophy

The more I look at the weekly chart on $COIN, the more I think it's setting up to leave everyone waiting for lower prices behind later this year. The most notable development is the clear bullish divergence forming on the weekly timeframe. While price has been making lower lows, the weekly RSI has been trending higher, suggesting momentum is quietly improving beneath the surface. If the weekly RSI can break above its downtrend resistance line, I think price will likely follow soon after. Nothing is confirmed just yet, but if I were aggressively bearish here, I'd probably be starting to sweat a little. There's a real chance this is much closer to a higher-timeframe low than consensus expects.

My favorite part about the “under 200lbs” posts is the rage in the comments This is what 250mg testosterone a week & 4iu of GH ED as far as anabolics looks like A TRT testosterone dose with a little GH sprinkled in Retatrutide for the cut, a weeks worth of Mexican sun with Melanotan 2 for the tan & a couple other peptides for recovery & energy What all the reply guys don’t want to acknowledge is 19 years in the gym busting my fucking ass while they were sleeping being cunts with zero “anabolics” for 15 of those years I love the hate in the comments, it exposes how fragile so many men’s egos are, so please for my own personal entertainment never stop And all the self proclaimed gun & jujitsu tough guys who have probably never even fired a gun least alone own one or even have a stripe on a white belt or even train MMA if you think the meatheads ain’t got guns & don’t roll a few times a month you might be in for a rude awakening one day
