@Cigna new customer today. Spent hours on the phone because Cigna spelled my name incorrectly and my account shows $0 to pay but also overdue. Cigna insists it is all correct in your system. Just received an email with a payment reminder and still incorrect name spelling. ???

@DHLexpress 15 boxes sent UK to USA. All of them crushed. Holes in the top and sides. Multiple ripped open with the contents falling out. Is this what DHL considers to be due care? (All double walled international shipping boxes.)

@thriftycars rented in NYC and told at collection that toll road would be a daily fee + the toll or I could choose all inclusive (I declined). Used one toll road during the rental and have been charged $195. Can you resolve this please?

@Avis Fully prepaid rental (taxes, fees, charges all prepaid), confirmed when collecting the car there wouldn’t be additional charges - after return was charged for extras that I didn’t authorize. Can you fix this please?

@easyJet what are the contact details for escalation compensation claims for cancellation? The email from you refusing the claim refers to the wrong destination and has conflicting reasons given for the cancellation (which are inaccurate based on published airport/ATC data).

After good flight with @British_Airways LHR-Dallas, my return is a codeshare by @AmericanAir. Unable to check-in online. At the airport 3 hours early and all the aisle seats are full. Staff giving inconsistent reasons. Poor effort from both airlines in managing shared customers.

@British_Airways What a lovely surprise from the cabin crew on BA0193 London-Dallas today. It was apparently a milestone anniversary of my joining the BA Exec Club and they gave me a handwritten card and some treats as a present. Most unexpected and most welcome ☺️
