At the direction of Governor Newsom, Cal OES has activated the State Operations Center to support resource coordination, maintain situational awareness, and assist local response efforts associated with the hazardous materials incident in Garden Grove. Local officials remain in unified command of the incident. Everyone within the evacuation area should comply with guidance from local authorities.
My idea to save #GardenGrove from failing chemical tank: 1. Use Crane or Excavator to lift Robot on top of tank and drill a hole. 2. Use Vacuum Truck to suck tank empty. 3. Move hazardous materials to refrigerated Trucks or Containers. Hope this helps! #California #Emergency
