@TinS0ldier @GlennYoungkin I voted Sears. Many didn't vote. Spamberger got in with about 1/2 Dems=1/4 of the vote. Only 1/2 of Conservatives voted. So, ~1/2 of 55% to ~1/2 of 45%=We are where we are. Many Dems are pissed, too, calling "Bait & Switch." '27 is coming, I hope Dems Vote Right for Senate!✌️🇺🇸

@Gman_GSW The Pain Lawsuit TORT claims were dismissed. The Constitutional questions require a Bivens cause of action which are being denied by the courts. No point in amending the Complaint. We have remedy through the Administrative Procedures Act and Congress (which is captured).

This is a sad time for those of us w-rare diseases, w-no known cure, but control, who simply have their MDs & pharmacies strong armed to say "no" to those medications dosages that would work based on ht/wt/metabolism/+/-10%... We are not the Const Republic our founders wanted.

I did a separate tweet about this article and what the statistic means vs what they claimed it means. Does anyone care about integrity in journalism anymore? What they said - 59.5% of individuals who are prescribed pain medication are currently abusing it. The true statistic is of everybody who abuses any prescription medication 59.5% of them are doing so with a pain reliever. Huge difference. I wish media would stop with the lies.
