By which understanding is a local resident filing a PIL in its own area considered non genuine?Why will someone living in Bandra file a PIL for an issue in Sion.PIL filed for parking but misterpreted for garbage !Only 10 mins to hear with no cross questions. Unfair @bombaybench

500 Cr spent on making Cycling track from Sion to Mankhurd does not have even 5cr for maintenance. Tender passed but no funds 😅 so a CSR/NGO is being hunted for! Pls make it into a Parking lot & generate revenue for BMC & peace for residents!Dumping track @mybmc @mumbaimatterz
