human rights advocate, EU Parliament adopted an urgency resolution to free my parents from the persecution of Falun Gong, free my parents! https://t.co/pkWtgQzB4S

I extend my deepest and most heartfelt appreciation to you, Ms. Lexmann @MiriamMLex @EPPGroup, Quaestor of the European Parliament @Europarl_EN , Member of the Committee on International Trade (INTA)@EP_Trade, and Member of the Delegation for relations with the People's Republic of China, for your unwavering and highly encouraging efforts to secure the release of my father, Mr. Ding Yuande, from the ongoing persecution of #FalunGong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)! It has always been a great honor and privilege to meet you in person. We deeply admire your remarkable and enduring commitment to ending human rights abuses by the Chinese #communist regime, including the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong and the #ForcedOrganHarvesting from Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience. Moreover, I am profoundly encouraged by your work to counter #TransnationalRepression and espionage by the CCP targeting Falun Gong practitioners and Chinese dissidents abroad. Thank you once again for your principled advocacy and unwavering support! Solely because of his faith in the Chinese spiritual practice Falun Gong, my father, Mr. Ding Yuande, remains #unlawfully detained in Shandong Province Prison. My mother, Mrs. Ma Ruimei, who was released through my international rescue campaigns, is under strict #surveillance. She was recently threatened by the party secretary Xia Jingde (夏京德) of our village, along with three police officers from Kouguan Town, Wulian County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province. In the video clips below, a female police officer (dressed in plainclothes) asked the party secretary: “Where should she (Mrs. Ma) go right now?” (the party secretary does not appear in the clips.) Following the European Parliament's urgency resolution on the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong in China, notably the case of Mr. Ding Yuande (P9_TA(2024)0037, adopted on January 18, 2024), which addresses the persecution of my parents and demands my father’s #immediate and unconditional release, the EU and the German government have repeatedly urged China to free him. This marks a historic step toward rescuing our persecuted Chinese #peasant family. Due to my public advocacy for my parents’ freedom and for ending the persecution of Falun Gong in China, I have become a target of transnational repression and #espionage by the Chinese #Communist regime in Europe. On September 30, 2025, a German national of Chinese origin, Jian G., was convicted in Germany of espionage on behalf of the #CCP and sentenced to four years and nine months in prison. According to the court's findings, Jian G., a former accredited staff member in the European Parliament, transmitted #internal parliamentary documents, including the EU resolution adopted on January 18, 2024, addressing the persecution of my father, Mr. Ding Yuande, to #Chinese intelligence agents. In its verdict, the Higher Regional Court in Dresden explicitly and #repeatedly referenced both the EU resolution and my father's case. A German federal prosecutor described it as “the most serious known instance of Chinese #espionage in Germany to date.” @MiriamMLex @gahler_michael @davidmcallister @reis_bugalho @iwiseler @LudekNie @anampedro @MiroslawaNykiel @WcisloMarta123 @v_meimarakis @vinczelorant @danusenerudova @TomasZdechovsky @Nicolasdlparte @jorgenwarborn @wbeke @ZovkoEU @andreykovatchev @TonoEPP @wbeke @LukaszKohut @JanFar_sky @IneseVaidere @ReinholdLopatka @ipacglobal @CECCgov @ChinaSelect @ETAC_Global @WLCongress @amnesty @hrw @UNHumanRights @FalunInfoCtr #FreeMyFather #FreeMrDingYuande #EndPersecutionofFalunGong #EndTransnationalRepressionbyCommunistChina #EndEspionagebyCommunistChina
