Hmmm. A website that links eager foreigners with complicit American employers. How novel. . . @SecretaryLCD has been at her post for just over 12 months and in all that time has done nothing to create a website that would list jobs employers are running through PERM. For decades, employers have been gaming the requirement to search for Americans before sponsoring an H-1B for a Green Card — treating it as a bureaucratic formality rather than the legal obligation it is. This abuse can be ended with a website that lists those jobs. It is within DOL’s purview to do this. But to date — nothing.
