Q-comm has followed a pretty interesting arc. First, it was all horizontal with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart. Then it went vertical into fashion, beauty, pharma & home services with multiple players. All of these, though, targeted the same consumer, just with much deeper categorisation. The current wave seems to be B2B - across construction materials, auto parts & groceries in bulk. I find this particularly interesting because the economics might be structurally better. Eg: a consumer grocery order is ₹500-700, but a kirana restock, or a construction materials run is multiples of that. And the delivery cost is roughly the same with one rider, one trip. Demand is also more predictable, which helps with optimising the supply chain. Everyone's watching whether B2C qcomm can be sustainably profitable, but I'm curious to see how this plays out as more players move into adjacent B2B categories (like we've previously seen with @ZomatoHyperpure) Inspired by @AditiS90 and her recent deep dive into the companies getting funded here & the investor logic behind these bets!

I don't want to speak ill of the departed but I think the Late Dr. Manmohan Singh must be blamed for this. No one has been at the helm of running the country after him after all. I guess we could demand accountability from Mr. Rahul Gandhi but he keeps denying that he is running the country.

@Meta @MetaforDevs @WhatsApp Meta Business Suite support is not able to allow us to pay this manually. We've tried to contact support many times and one exec told me to go to whatsapp.com/contact and try my luck. Tried that too and WA says this is a Meta issue and they cannot help

We use Whatsapp APIs to send messages to our customers on eazeebox. As of Nov-25, Meta has left a small payment, which was on autopay, of Rs. 3919 as pending and completely blocked our a/c. Tried contacting support many times. Pls support @Meta @MetaforDevs @WhatsApp

Also just adding that this is only possible because of the meta credit line d2c brands get. Basically that is free marketing money.
