He, at least, knew that there are authentic and fully-fledged Congolese Tutsis. He proved it until people like you and others came along and misled him. Do I need to inform you, in case you're unaware, that the people who demonstrated yesterday in Washington DC, roughly 4,000 of them, others the same day in Nairobi, and still others in England shortly before, are Banyamulenge, these Congolese Tutsis from the highlands, who are protesting against what Tshisekedi and the FARDC, the Wazalendo, Évariste Ndayishimiye and the FDNB, as well as the FDLR and mercenaries, are doing to their relatives in Minembwe and throughout the highlands? Their Sukhoi fighter jets and drones bomb daily, killing children, women, the elderly, and men. They destroy homes, churches, schools, hospitals, and community radio stations. They even kill cows and sheep and destroy fields and crops. They have imposed a blockade on Minembwe, with no entry or exit. They have done and are doing the same thing to the Tutsi in Masisi and Rutshuru in North Kivu. Instead of listening to their cries and examining their demands, the excuse is quickly found; the preferred shortcut is Rwanda. Always and only Rwanda. Too easy, isn't it? Your thinking, which is also the regime's narrative, can be summarized in these two sentences: - all the problems facing the DRC come from elsewhere, particularly from Rwanda; we will end up being told that even the migrants are here because of Rwanda. “And all the solutions must come from elsewhere, especially from the United States of America, from Papa Trump.” Under these conditions, what is the point of the regime you serve? The demonstration held yesterday in Washington, D.C., presented in a way that misrepresents the Congolese position toward the United States, raises serious questions. Those involved did not speak for the Congolese people. Their message echoed narratives aligned with Kigali’s interests and served to tarnish the image and flag of the Democratic Republic of Congo. After more than 30 years of conflict fueled by Rwanda and its support for M23 in eastern Congo, our Nation recognizes the importance of trusted partners. Since 2025, the United States, under President Donald Trump, has taken unprecedented steps to support peace, apply pressure, and place sovereignty at the center of diplomacy. This demonstration cannot be regarded as a true expression of Congolese voices. We must remain vigilant against every attempt to distort this reality and misrepresent our people.

Ce n’est pas parce qu’on crie plus fort que les autres, ni parce qu’on martèle des mensonges à plein volume, que ceux-ci deviennent vrais. L’intensité du bruit médiatique ne détermine pas la vérité. Ce qui est avéré, en revanche, c’est qu’en 1996, des éléments Banyamulenge conditionnés et encadrés par l’armée rwandaise perpétrèrent des crimes de masse qualifiés d’actes de génocide par le rapport Mapping de l’ONU. Ils massacrèrent sans distinction des femmes, des enfants, des vieillards et des civils hutu. Là encore, les Banyamulenge furent instrumentalisés pour commettre ces massacres, toujours par le même régime criminel et voyou de Kigali. Le peuple congolais, lui n'a jamais cherché vengeance. This strategy aims to create panic, weaken livelihoods, and shift the blame onto @FARDC_officiel and @fdnbbi. What is happening is not incidental: it is a gradual tactic. Today it is livestock; tomorrow it will be civilian populations. The objective is clear: force the Banyamulenge to leave the highlands of Minembwe, create a narrative of persecution, and then justify escalation. These acts must be strongly denounced. It is both inconsistent and dangerous to suggest that the Congolese state is destroying the means of survival of the very people it is supposed to protect. The truth must be restored. Après être passé à la télévision pour défendre Félix Tshisekedi, Thadée Mutware, son épouse Segashumba et un autre jeune Tutsi qu’ils hébergeaient ont été enlevés par les services de sécurité ! Diabétique, il était directeur des coordination provinciale au FPI. Son épouse a plus de 65 ans et est fébrile ! Le jeune homme venait à peine d’être libéré après un séjour en prison parce qu’il est Tutsi à Kinshasa ! Ils ne pourront peut-être pas survivre aux cachots secrets de Kinshasa ! Ils ont affirmé que les Tutsi n’étaient pas persécutés en RDC, 3 mois après on leur prouve le contraire !
