On Public Protests: Why were innocent women compelled to protest against the movement of the Indian Armed Forces, and to ridicule, mock, and inspect their Aadhaar cards and vehicles, allegedly in exchange for Rs. 400–500? Further, why were those who refused reportedly fined Rs. 5,000? 2. On Disaster Relief: Who assists your people during landslides and earthquakes? It is the Indian Armed Forces and the Government of India. How do you reconcile this assistance with your stated position? Please clarify this apparent double standard. 3. On the Case of Late Sgt. Maj. JAMANG, NSCN: Why was NSCN Sergeant Major JAMANG, who was allegedly sent with colleagues to attack Mulam Village, subsequently described as a “VILLAGE VOLUNTEER”? Why has his family not received compensation or assistance despite repeated requests from his father? Additionally, why are the injured persons who were airlifted and are currently undergoing treatment at RIMS Hospital being supported under the care of an MLA? Where have the funds collected from MLAs in the name of NAGALIM been utilized? 4. On Youth Casualties and Ceasefire: Why are young people losing their lives in the name of your propaganda and political cause of NAGALIM? While you obstruct the movement of the Indian Armed Forces, Assam Rifles, and the Army in the name of opposing the Central Government, why do you continue to sign and renew the Ceasefire Agreement whenever invited by New Delhi? 5. On Use of Government Facilities: If you oppose the Central Government, why do members of your organizations continue to use government facilities — from basic amenities to infrastructure that supports a comfortable lifestyle? 6. On Development Funds: If there is such opposition to New Delhi, why are development funds allegedly being diverted? Where have these funds gone? A response supported by facts and figures would be appreciated. 7. On Education and Recruitment: If there is rejection of India and its institutions, why do you send your children to study in metropolitan cities and prepare for competitive examinations? SDPO Chongtham Anandkumar Singh repeatedly raped Khumukcham Shyamasakhi Devi (24) when he was posted at Mayang Imphal as an Inspector. Manimacha Devi, mother of Shyamasakhi, categorically stated that her daughter was raped at gunpoint the day before she consumed sulphuric acid, which led to her death during the Okram Ibobi Singh Congress regime. February 9, 2024: The NIA filed an FIR against Arambai Tenggol supremo Kourounganba Khuman with several pieces of evidence and proof. FIR No: RC-03/2024 for the Palace Compound attack. FIR No: RC-04/2024 for the First Manipur Rifles attack — attempted murder, armed rioting, criminal conspiracy, terrorist act under UAPA, and more. He can still be seen living his life to the fullest as Chief Guest and VIP on various public platforms.
