This week in Congress and crypto: After 5 incredible years in the DC trenches with @BlockchainAssn, I’m heading to NYC to be on the front lines of crypto’s next growth phase on Wall Street. Excited to share more about my new role soon! When I started at @BlockchainAssn, we were a team of just four under @kristinsmith’s leadership, crammed into a WeWork next to a noisy stadium. Today, it’s the dominant force in DC, with a staff of over 20, 5x the number of member companies, and an office just blocks from the White House. It was as close to a “startup” as you can get in DC, and watching it grow and succeed through the work of this incredible team has been inspiring. I'm so grateful to everyone who made my time at BA so memorable and rewarding!
