Remember, the American people have spoken. They want a strong country, competent leaders, common sense policies, and a commitment to putting America and Americans First. Let's give the people what they voted for.

Every dollar lost to fraud is a dollar stolen from the vulnerable Americans these programs are meant to serve. Reconciliation 3.0 will supercharge President Trump’s War on Fraud, ensuring fraudsters can no longer steal hundreds of billions of dollars from the taxpayer and the most vulnerable.

The Constitution is clear: states do not have to be passive victims of a failed federal government. My Texas Republican colleagues and I are urging Congress to pass H.Res.50 and ensure the Lone Star State is never again subjected to the open-border lawlessness we endured for four years under Biden.

As a father of three daughters who compete in sports, protecting their opportunities on and off the field is of the utmost importance to me. Title IX has been a cornerstone of fairness for women and girls for over five decades, and the Title IX Clarification Act by @RepArrington ensures that promise endures for the next generation. Proud to support this effort to ensure female athletes compete on a level playing field.
Rep. Jodey Arrington@RepArrington

Title IX was created to provide equal opportunity for our daughters, not to push a radical gender ideology that jeopardizes their safety. My Title IX Clarification Act stops the abuse of Title IX by affirming a simple truth: there are only two sexes - male and female - and taxpayer dollars should not be used to advance extreme social policies. I’m proud to lead this effort to protect opportunities for women and girls, rein in bureaucratic overreach, and restore clarity and common sense to federal law. arrington.house.gov/news/documents…

Biden’s border policies wreaked havoc on Texas and left us to foot the bill. Never again. The Texas GOP Caucus is taking a firm stand: we will not be left defenseless if future administrations try to repeat these open-border policies. I fully support @RepArrington’s House Resolution 50! arrington.house.gov/news/documents…

Because the Biden administration refused to secure our borders, Texas was forced to spend $11 BILLION on Operation Lone Star to defend our own communities. I am proud to join @RepArrington and the Texas GOP Caucus to ensure states are never left defenseless again. I will always fight for the safety of the great state of Texas. foxnews.com/politics/texas…

The security of our border and the safety of our communities cannot depend solely on who occupies the White House. Fortunately, the Constitution provides a remedy that ensures states are not left defenseless if and when future administrations attempt to return us to open-border policies. More than 20 Texas Republicans in Congress joined me in the @dallasnews calling on Congress to pass my H.Res.50 to reaffirm the constitutional balance between the federal government and the states and ensure that Texas is never again forced to bear the consequences of Washington’s failures without the ability to fully defend its communities.

The right of a state to defend its people is not a novel theory – it is one the Framers explicitly provided for in the Constitution. That is why I introduced H.Res.50, a resolution endorsed by every Texas Republican in Congress and supported by a broad coalition of policy leaders, legal scholars, and law enforcement officials across the country. It affirms the constitutional authority of states to defend themselves and clarifies Congress’s understanding of when that authority applies. We’ve seen the consequences of a federal government that abdicates its first and most important responsibility – providing for the common defense – and, if the past is prologue, we know exactly what we can expect from future Democrat administrations that want to take us back. We have a responsibility to act now. The American people gave Republicans unified control of Washington, and Congress has the opportunity to ensure that states like Texas are never again forced to be passive victims of a failed federal government. We must meet this moment with the urgency it demands.

Under the Biden Administration, Texas paid $11 billion because the federal government failed to secure the border. That can never happen again. The Texas GOP Caucus is backing @RepArrington's House Resolution 50—legislation that affirms states' constitutional right to defend themselves when Washington won't act. Congress must act now to make sure Texas is never left defenseless again.
