This is a nightmare for any customer. I want clear answers, corrected billing, and collection to stop. How is this the standard for a company like FedEx?

@FedExHelp @FedEx @FedExPolicy just want to say fed ex has the worst insurance and customer support on damage goods. Added the extra insurance and the box got wet smudged autographed. Submitted a claim got denied even after asking a question which never got a response.
