Like tens of thousands of other rural families through out the West, my family has been dry farming and running cows out here for 175 years. In 1992 I left the farm and went to DC instead where I have worked on western water policy ever since. 1992 was the same year the climate change religion was officially established And I will say from 30 years of rigorous institutional analysis that DC policy experts and NGOs know squat compared to western farmer and ranchers. It's one thing to bang out charts and graphs on a MacBook. It's another to decide when the best time to bring the cows in and what to plant next year based on how the range looks and what was decided at the irrigation company meeting last Tuesday. Bottom line - a 5th generation farmer and rancher will know far more about drought cycles than any candy-assed climate keyboard warrior ever will. We have solid rigorous institutional analysis because we live it every year.

The issue went to trial and a judge ruled that a Jet Blue/Spirit merger violated US antitrust laws, and would likely increase prices on consumers. The courts ruled, correctly, that the merger violated the law and would hurt Americans. The decision was pretty straightforward to finalize the largest act of deregulation in U.S. history, rescinding the 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding, all Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards on vehicles that followed, and all off-cycle credits including for the almost universally despised start-stop feature that makes your car die at every red light and stop sign. It was about objectively following the best reading of Section 202 of the Clean Air Act and adhering to the U.S. Supreme Court cases of Loper Bright and West Virginia v. EPA. I’m going to continue to rein in regulatory overreach across the EPA every day I’m serving as Administrator.

🚨 Lab-grown meat, which is very similar to cancer, is about to arrive in your grocery stores. I’ve chronicled that lab-grown meat is essentially the same as eating a cancerous tumor (I’ll post the link in the comments showing the argument I had with Grok and Grok admitting that lab-grown meat meets the definition of cancer). There is a tremendous push to have this disgusting slop on every grocery store shelf. Worse—they are pushing deceptive or discreet labeling requirements so you do not know you are eating “cancer meat.” Congress will do nothing, and the FDA sells out everywhere. Sandra Wells is the Director of the Office of Discovery and Translation at the university. Her salary is $164,541. This taxpayer-funded luminary participated in a secret Signal chat where citizens plotted to disrupt ICE operations in Minneapolis in January 2026. Coordinating or amplifying efforts to disrupt federal law-enforcement isn’t activism when it risks physical harm to officers carrying out lawful duties. She's still employed. The university is on track to receive over $600 million in federal funding for 2026-2027. The office of Linda McMahon, our Education Secretary, has no comment. H/T @0hour1
