@CTA_gc Hi. I am reading westjet policy for delayed baggage here westjet.com/en-co/baggage/… it says, they will compensate for a max of $250 CAD. Doesn't it contradict the compensation stated by the CTA? My wife's baggage is already more than 48h delayed. what can we do? Please help

Disappointed with @WestJet & @Trips_com. Booked a flight Feb 28, 2026, using my @RBC WestJet World Elite @MastercardCA, expecting my free checked bag benefit. Upon check-in today, WestJet refused it, claiming rules changed & bookings must now be made directly on their site. (1/2)

@BilalEksiTHY CEO @TurkishAirlines Sir, what do you say? @TK_HelpDesk - 🚨Assault on Passenger! - #TurkishAirlines (TK) check in desk staff at #Montreal Airport misbehaved, extended his one hand aggressively at me - other hand shows folded fingers with his fist pointing at me like a boxer👊(see pic) – and aggressively grabbed my phone, turned and twisted my hands forcefully that is nothing short of an assault on me! - But after a long lapse, TK disappointingly replied to my complaint dt 24 Sept. 2025 only on 3 Nov. 2025 saying: “...personnel mentioned in your feedback has guided you in accordance with the rules moreover, we would like to state that the past performance records of the relevant personnel were examined, however no negative situation was detected.” - Instead of the assault, could he not have just said, “photography is not allowed” - I photographed only when he refused to give me his name or call his supervisor when I politely told him that he is rude!
