"I have a question for the supporters of Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso. Tell us one person in Northern Nigeria, either a Mallam, a traditional ruler, a politician or an elder that can speak to Peter Obi and he will listen and do as the person said for the interest of the North"

The Nigerian government under Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) is increasingly displaying the behavior of a single-party dictatorship consolidating power through fear and intimidation. Across #Nigeria, public figures and ordinary citizens who criticize the current government are suddenly being arrested, detained, or charged with corruption. Two cases we are tracking raise serious concerns. Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, a controversial but respected Northern Nigerian statesman, was charged after publicly criticizing President Tinubu. Prominent businessman John Olatunde Ayeni has also reportedly faced legal pressure after criticizing the current government. The common thread is becoming difficult to ignore: critics of the #Tinubu government are increasingly being targeted. We are also receiving disturbing reports that thousands of ordinary Nigerians with no public profile are being arrested, beaten, intimidated, or disappearing without international attention. We will be briefing the @realDonaldTrump Administration and Congress on this troubling trend and urging close scrutiny of what many Nigerians now fear is the growing weaponization of state institutions to silence dissent ahead of the next presidential election. @WhiteHouse @HouseForeignGOP @HouseForeign @SFRCdems @SecRubio @StateDept @AsstSecStateAF @SenateForeign @NGRPresident @HouseNGR @NGRSenate @CNNAfrica @BBCAfrica @Reuters @AFP @ForeignPolicy @inecnigeria @SenTedCruz @RepBrianMast

POLITICAL STRATEGY IS NOT ABOUT NOISE!! They were happy when: OBI moved to NDC. MAKINDE moved to APM. That’s the strategy. ATIKU stays in ADC to mobilize Northern votes for his presidency. OBI closes the door on Eastern votes from Tinubu. MAKINDE divides the West. ATIKU picks a South-South VP. The Political Mathematics Teacher keeps smiling. It wasn’t clear when MAKINDE said: "Opposition parties will produce one presidential candidate for Nigeria." That single candidate is what’s confusing them daily. Now they’re trying to stop El-Rufai’s wife and doctor from seeing him… because they believe the man is still sending strategies from detention. I REPEAT! You can detain the Mathematician, but you cannot detain the Mathematical Formula!! One Term President (OTP)!!! #Shared

I say Good bye to the murky waters of Nigerian Politics. I no longer belong to any political party and will therefore not vie for any office. However I will continue to support ordinary Nigerians to the best of my ability.

If it is an all-Southern affair, do you really think any Southerner currently in the race can outperform Tinubu in the core North, where the largest number of votes are? “It is the turn of the South” is an indirect campaign for tinubu.

The march to restore prosperity and better days to our beloved nation took a firm and decisive step forward today at the National Secretariat of our great party, the African Democratic Congress. This is more than a political journey; it is a national movement rooted in hope, renewal, and the collective resolve to save Nigeria from despair. I call on all Nigerians, regardless of region, faith, or background, to join us in this noble cause. Together, we will restore the promise of our nation and bring good times back again. -AA

🚨 Paul Merson sends a warning to rival clubs about Arsenal F.C.’s future: 🗣️ “What’s coming next season will shake football. Arsenal are building something special while other clubs are busy living off history and excuses. The Premier League won’t be ready for this team.” “Some fans still talk about the past… Arsenal are focused on becoming the biggest club in the world right now.” 👀🔥

Dear Nigerians, please know that @PeterObi, his new sidekick @KwankwasoRM, and their NDC are not here to help or save you. Instead, they are here to distract you, divide and dilute the votes (strength) of the opposition, so that Tinubu can steal a win again. And I’m beginning to think he (Peter Obi) knowingly did the same thing in 2023. Save yourselves, stick with the ADC!!!!

According to @SaharaReporters, President Tinubu’s @officialABAT National Security Advisor, @NuhuRibadu, who recently met with Vice President @JDVance ordered the Nigerian military to conceal reports of the ongoing mass murder of innocent Nigerians until after the upcoming presidential election. See link below share.google/LXcv5KKn1Dc1oZ… We have since briefed the Vice President’s team on the developing allegations and reiterated our position that the current Nigerian government under Bola #Tinubu cannot be trusted, particularly in light of congressional reports suggesting that elements within the Nigerian government are complicit in the killings and are allegedly using the violence and displacement of civilians to weaken suspected opposition voting populations ahead of the election. @realDonaldTrump @WhiteHouse @HouseForeignGOP @HouseForeign @SFRCdems @SecRubio @StateDept @AsstSecStateAF @SenateForeign @NGRPresident @HouseNGR @NGRSenate @CNNAfrica @BBCAfrica @Reuters @Atiku @AFP @ForeignPolicy @inecnigeria @SenTedCruz @RepBrianMast @politico @RepRileyMoore
