After reopening my 2006 complaint filing about the vulnerabilities when pilots need to dangerously unlock cockpit doors in order to sleep, eat, or use the lavatory—the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (@US_OSC) determined yesterday that my concerns were validated and has officially noticed the @POTUS @JoeBiden @WhiteHouse. Thank you @HSGAC, @HSGAC_GOP, @ChuckGrassley, @SenRonJohnson, @OversightDems, @GOPoversight, @GerryConnolly, and @SenDuckworth for your support! How is @nytimes concluding a pilot sui¢ide without having the audio files? Wouldn't the audio show if one of the pilots let the other pilot know (or the flight attendant, in order to spin a drink-cart), set his instruments, and exited to use the lavatory? 3 clips from the @NTSB report on @BoeingAirplanes B737 crash in China:

New evidence suggests that after a struggle in the cockpit, a pilot deliberately dove a Boeing 737 into a hillside in China in 2022. All 132 people on board were killed. nytimes.com/2026/05/07/wor…

The @NTSB official's disclosure to the @nytimes does not rule out a breach by a passenger when a pilot unlocked the cockpit in order to use the lavatory before beginning the descent for landing. The crash happened approximately 40 minutes before landing which is when many pilots like to use the lavatory. This flight is approximately 2 1/2 hours long. "The irregular movement of the control wheel suggested a struggle, 'but the evidence is not overwhelming or totally conclusive,' [retired airline pilot John] Cox added." @JackPosobiec @FAMS_AMNC @DHSgov More receipts, and yes Ha Nguyen McNeill was @TSA chief of staff when #QuietSkies was launched in 2018: x.com/i/status/19313…

More receipts... Documents snips from 2003-2005 when I exposed—and fired months after—the earliest Federal Air Marshal (FAM) passenger surveillance program when the FAM Service was under the purview of @ICEgov where my future 2019 @USMSPB judge (Melissa Mehring) was an attorney and even litigated a FAM termination case from 2004 to 2005, see Scotty Beets v. @DHSgov, 98 M.S.P.R. 451 (April 27, 2005). Ms. Mehring's ICE office drafted my September 13, 2005 charges. From 2019 to 2023, then-Judge Mehring repeatedly remained silent about her past 2003-2005 FAM Service representation after my multiple 2021 motions to recuse herself for blatant bias, gross violations of 28 U.S.C. § 455(a) and (b)(1) and (3) and disregard for the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Liljeberg v. Health Svcs. Acq. Corp., 486 U.S. 847 (1988). MSPB members @CathyHarrisDC and Raymond Limon both found no problem with Judge Mehring's conflict of interest and silence about it. Ms. Mehring is now a supervisory attorney at @USDOT / @FAANews headquarters. The Wall Street Journal, initially skeptical that the U.S. Supreme Court exonerated me after I was charged for exposing @DHSgov's 2004 Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) passenger surveillance program then fired the first time, and the confirmed fact that I was the very first to expose @TSA's #QuietSkies FAMS passenger surveillance program in April 2018—WSJ confirmed my 2004 and 2018 disclosures that got me fired a second time in 2019: x.com/i/status/19310…

SCOOP: Acting TSA Administrator, Ha Nguyen McNeill, who has been leading the agency since April 2025, is a left-wing DEI activist with a history of advocating for open borders and against the Trump Agenda. Ha Nguyen McNeill is an Obama National Security Council alumnus who served from September 2019 - April 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer of the Business Software Alliance, a powerful trade association that represents various big tech companies’ interests. Nguyen McNeill was brought into BSA by former Obama tech czar Victoria Espinel, who has been BSA CEO since 2013 and had also been Nguyen McNeill’s boss when they worked together in the Obama White House. In November 2020, they released an official 27-page document titled “BSA Policy Recommendations for the Biden-Harris Transition Team” that demanded Biden reverse Trump’s executive orders and enact various leftist policy goals, such as “Reset Immigration Policies to Support Non-Citizen Workers and their Families” and “Support Private Sector DE&I Initiatives.” The BSA website appears to have quietly deleted this report, but fortunately it was preserved by the Internet Archive. Nguyen McNeill also openly opposed Trump and his agenda on her LinkedIn page throughout the Biden years. Despite her anti-MAGA record, she’s now in charge of 60,000 TSA employees and its $12 billion budget, and controls an agency crucial to President Trump’s immigration and national security agendas. Does anyone actually believe a leftist like her is on the President’s side of the DHS shutdown fight? How does this lunatic have a job in the Trump Administration, let alone as the TSA Administrator?

More than 10,000 veterans have lost their homes since last May, and another 90,000 are on the same path towards foreclosure right now. Trump’s VA killed a program that was keeping veteran families in their homes, with nothing to replace it, despite being warned by the mortgage industry that this is exactly what would happen. This is downright shameful. These loans have helped millions of veterans achieve homeownership. Now, thanks to Donald Trump, they’re stuck with fewer protections and worse options than other homeowners. I won’t stand for this, and neither should you. npr.org/2026/04/02/nx-…

Some employees spend months attempting to achieve corrective action in-house. Only after attempts to address a problem are met with inadequate action do employees decide to blow the whistle externally.

The fastest and easiest way to fully shutdown a federal government employee whistleblower. Many call the abuse of the security clearance process: the "golden-hook" Thank you @JsnFostr @tristanleavitt of @EMPOWR_us for bringing this to light!
Empower Oversight@EMPOWR_us

FBI whistleblower Julie Halferty felt she had a target on her back after blowing the whistle on the unfair security clearance process that she saw as agents and employees had their clearances revoked or suspended for political or religious beliefs.
