Here’s what we’ve gotten thus far: A group of people (us) that are far too educated for lawyers, VSO’s, & VA ‘groups’ telling us things that are by VA standards, “Clear and Unmistakable Errors” aka CUE’s because how could a VA lawyer have a law license if they’ve ‘never heard’ of a codified law YOU PASSED called the PACT ACT but they’re VA only lawyers? Paradox right? Or? Based on my personal experience in trying to get one of those super ready to go VA recommended law firms that have the PACT ACT listed as one of their ‘areas of practice’ then have no idea WTF they’re talking about 8 out of 10 times it makes your brain say WTF.🤔 A paper trail of documents so significant as it concerns ‘Edgewood Arsenal’ testing from a person who had such HIGH executive function even after all the BZ, Sarin, LSD testing, etc. who probably had a pay grade as high, if not higher than most of you (federal),& kept such pristine & meticulous documents, how in the actual F**K are all the VA lawyers for PACT ACT claims like we don’t take cases like yours? Uh? You mean the most straightforward case ever based on the meticulous docs that blows the current VA Court of Appeals ruling against Dufrane VICTIMS out the water with an executive who had such high executive function he’s the person the VA Court of appeals said should have existed if they were willing to go on the record about their health issues with the VA before 2006? Well, don’t hate to break it to you. The unicorn that doesn’t exist actually did & can prove NO MATTER what they appealed for 2 decades or WHO THEY WERE, the VA was always going to say NO. Oddly? So are all the lawyers that advertise they’re VA only & do these ‘complex’ cases. I mean what VA PACT ACT lawyer is turning down original onion paper documents with Dr. Ketchum’s f*cking name on their health records for over a decade? After they left the military? Yeah. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmm. Guess what? I’ll do it my SELF. Props to Mark Jones for answering his phone while driving down a backroad & being as real AF. Talked a few times initially, haven’t heard from him in months. A SCOTUS winning lawyer for Edgewood Arsenal victims who was obviously fascinated by our case but uh, busy since he’s the only lawyer saying yes? WTF? The @ABAesq @fbanola can someone please figure out how people (us) with time, money, the same degrees, even better degrees, long & SIGNIFICANT generational military service & not only a slam dunk case for ‘us’ individually, but for the whole of current Edgewood Arsenal VICTIMS stuck in legal limbo, with a case so unique, complex yet straightforward, (another paradox) that not only decimates the current VA Court of Appeals ruling, but inadvertently made our case even stronger & could help all these vets in one fell swoop & lawyers advertising they’re VA lawyers with so called basic PACT ACT skills & VA are like ‘we don’t do cases like this’? So thanks for adding a bunch of collusion allegations into the mix? If WE can’t get a single lawyer (Mark way too busy fighting for others) then something is WRONG & this isn’t a coincidence. This ‘feels’ concerted & allegedly @facebook is ‘hosting’ all kinds of ‘VA groups’ that MAY BE misleading people into filing the wrong docs spiking backdated claims. 🤷‍♀️ @DeptofWar your name is stupid AF. 👊⭕️🔥

Because these lawyers and the ‘VA Groups’ have convinced good people and veterans they only have to submit 3 documents to get a shite payment that those lawyers take 20% from them for doing NOTHING. If they’re literally advertising they ONLY DO VA cases and they specialize in PACT ACT cases they should really probably read the whole PACT ACT for the love of all that’s holy. This is a concerted swindle and collusion of VA only firms and VA lawyers to prevent vets from getting what codified LAW says they are not only allowed, but required to receive. Go to @facebook look up PACT ACT and go read through all the comments of the VA Groups. It’s literally stomach churning sickness what these VA groups, VA firms and VA lawyers have done to these people. All these dying vets wondering why their lawyer is not calling them back or why their claims are taking years. I’ll fight to the bitter end on this. You really should too. This is a concerted attempt to keep these “losers and suckers” quiet, placid and dead. Not on my watch or in my FATHER’S NAME @DeptVetAffairs @VetAffairsOIG This is so F*CKED UP. No wonder Mark Jones was like “good luck” in referring to the fact he doesn’t really even know any lawyers doing these cases and I think in his heart he was questioning why HE is the only one doing anything. I haven’t spoken to him in about 2 months because life, but I am going to let him know I’m throwing down with CONGRESS on this one. Congress passed a law. People licensed to uphold that law are purposely f*cking their clients over if they are advertising they do VA ONLY CASES related to the PACT ACT and then they say they “don’t do cases like this” even though Edgewood is literally in the PACT ACT. The BIG firms are also having a 3rd party intake person in ANOTHER COUNTRY input info into an algo that you have to override because they have purposely programmed them to only focus on the 3 document claim for 20% of the payout. It’s a sham. After talking to like 15 firms, I emailed one this morning who was still considering the case and told them you had all this private info on Friday. You know this unique situation and clear cut case could help ALL the Edgewood VICTIMS and you haven’t called back? Don’t f’n bother. I’ll take it from here. It’s a concerted sham which makes it a RICO case hidden inside the PACT ACT. And this is not a threat. I would never hurt a soul. Not even a spider.
