Apparently, an Incumbent East Providence School Committee Member Jessica Beauchaine School Committee Member EP Ward 4 has been leaving nominating (signature paperwork) on her porch, "as usually" to be signed. Problem: There is no one to witness the actual signature, and incredibly, she has had to stipulate, under penalty of perjury, that she did in fact witness the signature.
